I placed an online order for this location. It didn’t say weather or not I had to go in or go through drive through to receive my food so that was confusing. So I got there, tried to go in and the doors were locked. I figure maybe due to short staff or something, so understandable not a big deal. So I got in line. The service was an average pace, not fast but not overly slow. The lady was nice. Got my food and left. But then I got home, opened the food, the fried shrimp were a weird color. They were like a grayish brown, turns out they were mostly breading and barely any shrimp and the breading tasted undercooked. The coleslaw had no flavor and just wasn’t good. The fries tasted stale. The fish was okay, nothing amazing. Not crispy, kinda soggy. We had three plates of food and only received one tartar sauce. The only thing that tasted kind of good was the hush puppies. So yeah, I feel like I wasted my $30 and should’ve gone somewhere else or cooked dinner at home. I won’t be coming back here because the food just wasn’t good. Lesson learned.

I wish I did not have to even put a star here we are in the drive thru in plenty of time before they close 6:45, 2.cars already thru and all of a sudden they can't speak....y'all suck and so does everyone there tonight!!!!! and you have the schedule and you can see who is ignoring the customer..I use to LOVE captain Ds and to be honest if you all close down I recon I'll be ok....so I'm so disappointed and now giving our business to sonics!!!

They never have what you want. Dining room almost never open. Drive through service is terrible. I know good help hard to find but that service is just terrible. Also you can't get any business closing at 8pm. Dineing room should be open till closing time.

It 8:45 pm and doors are locked. Lights are on and cars out front. Person inside with a purse keeps walking to door and then into the back.

Cook/Manager was mad I asked for my money for an item they did not have. No 3 extra hushpuppies don't cut it. Doors closed past opening time, no response on drive thru. Don't know what is going on at this location.

2/29/24 at 2:30 pm. Absolutly worst experience i have ever had at a restaurant. Employees were the rudest indeviduals i have ever met, rolling their eyes as i ordered. The place was a absolutly disgusting and the fish was half cooked. I wouldnt recommend anyone ever earing here.

This used to be a good place. It seems like the owners and employees just don’t care about it anymore. The food don’t even taste the same. What a shame.
Stopped in after a Drs appointment today. Never stopped here before but glad we did. Food was fantastic but customer service was the best ever of anywhere we have ever been!!! . It was around 3 and the lil black girl that took our order was soooo friendly and such a beautiful personality!!! She went way beyond on taking everyone's order and coming into the eating area to see if we needed anything!!! This girl was awesome!!!! I worked retail for years and wish I had her as an employee!!! A real asset to y'all. She needs an award or raise!!!

* Edit, 3 weeks later... While I'm still disappointed in the way the interior of the establishment still looks I will say this.... The food was AMAZING and those girls working today at 3:30 and deserve a raise!!! Customer service was Excellent and the food was so good. I have a happy tummy right nowReally disappointed. I used to love coming here but obviously owners have given up or they would take pride in the place. Leaks and stopped up facilities, so sad

The food was good. They only had their drive-thru open and no sign to inform their customer. There was a very long wait even though we were the only customers when we first arrived. Cashier/drive-thru was not rude, but she was not friendly either.

December 14,2024 at 6;00 pm First the door was lock to dine in.Second drive thru ,no one come to the speaker and take order .go to . Walked to window no was at the there but one girl was over open a pack of cigarettes.She than comes to window, told someone in back we was at the speakerThe girl said go on back there. So I went back . Another girl came out the back door and said she was changing the oil at 6:11pm. Another car came around and stopped at the window.A girl came to the window maybe taking her order. Told me she don't have nothing to do with that because no one would take my order. Bad business. I give go zero 000 rate.
