They’ve gotten my order right 80% of the time so far, so 4/5, honestly couldn’t have picked a better time for a review; 4 stars. Managerial staff seem super nice and friendly. Other employees barely respond to a thank you after picking up order.
We stopped in after a long trip an hour before they closed. Of the 5 employees we saw working, one spoke. He took our order as 2 employees stood by talking. Another employee helped make sandwiches and the last one cleaned the restaurant. The food was good but the service overall was lackluster outside of the one employee we spoke to.

I am so glad that Newberry FINALLY got a Firehouse. I love how pleasant everyone is every time I walk into the door. I think they know me now because I'm always getting lunch there. LOL! I would just like for the tables to be cleaned off, though. Every time I'm there, I always get crumbs on sleeves from the tables being dirty. Also, around the drink machine area can be wiped down often too. Other than those couple of things, I must say it's a nice place to sit down for lunch....read full review
