This Newberry location is great. My wife and I are happy too inform the readers an customer that morning shift is awesome. My food was banging an the woman at the window/manager, has great customer service and a joyous personality. Fast an speedy service this experience was finger licking good. Keep up the good work an assure the workers stay on it because most restaurant around here has nothing on this location.

Food was tasteless and dry once you got past the crust. Order was mostly correct but there was a glitch. Cost of my meal for 3 people was $50.70. I thought this was quite expensive.

The meals are too high for what is included. We did not want the drink with the meal. They could only take 20 cents off on the meal. When we asked for the white meat, there was an extra charge.

Worst KFC I've ever been to. No one else in the place yet staff was totally unfriendly and service was terrible. I got my meal first and was half-way through when I had to ask what happened to my husband's meal. I would never go back.

When the food was handed to us through the window, there was something in the bag with it. We took it inside and the staff acted like it was no big deal and not their problem. Gonna be awhile before we go

Usually one of my favorite places to eat. I really was not impressed with this one.
Would be zero stars if it were possible. 40 minutes to get 6 chicken fingers at the drive-thru. Fingers were fresh when I finally got them. Lady at the counter was nice. I felt bad for her. The dude, not so much.
