Hands down the worst in terms of service. My decaf coffee never came to my hands . After 45 unbelievable minutes the manager had to take over my coffee order. Had to show them the slip so they could see with their own eyes the time it had taken them I had still no decaf coffee. If you are coming to this McDonald's please go to drive thru and make sure your order is complete. I don't know how people give good reviews to a not well run establishment.

Waited in the parking lot for 20 mins for a curbside order. After long, I went in and talked with a dude at the counter. My bag of old, cold food was just chillin in the back. No apology, no offer to replace or refund. Glad I wasted 20mins of my lunch break to get ignored and then get served inedible trash. Don’t offer curbside if you straight up refuse to serve it

"Poor service and Communication"When only ordering a 2 for mix and match and a large coke the girl at the window told me to park my truck. There was a car a head of me that already pulled forward. Next, the girl at the window told me to pull forward and park as well. Pressed for time I had to go in and what I saw was about 5 or 6 employees standing still in one spot engaged in a full on conversation. People in the lobby waiting, and the majority of the employees seemed to have a negative vibration when I question the six cars that came behind me in the drive threw that got their food before me. I am not mad or upset, but if I was management I would have been clocking the employees out that was standing and not busy help get the orders out.

Rainy day but wow, floors are soaking wet and slippery, dirty mop standing at the door. The soda machine is filthy with 1 ice dispenser working, all soda is completely flat. They should pay me to eat

Absolutely no excuse given or reason why the wait was so long. Can honestly say this business if you want to call it that should go on ahead and close, visit if you wish but dont come hungry or in a hurry
