The food was actually great. I got everything that I ordered. Plus, I got an extra pizza and drink that I didn’t pay for. I didn’t say anything at the moment because my social anxiety is so bad. Worst Papa John's on the planet. Papa John's is my favorite pizza restaurant but this place is TRASH! Did an online order. Order never showed up. Finally check my email and they sent out an email saying my ordered was cancelled. Called to ask why it was cancelled, I was forwarded to a recording. Tried calling three times and the same thing happened. Straight trash. Close this friggin place down.

My husband placed an order online before I read the reviews. The same thing happened as was said previously. Order for delivery put in, pizza never showed, e-mail sent saying order was cancelled after delivery time had passed, unable to get anyone on the phone. My husband said the order looks like it was canceled as soon as he put it in. The reviews do not lie. Zero stars.

After placing an order Tony the manager had one of his employees call me and say cause I ordered more then $25 worth of food, I had to come wait on them to cook it since I was paying cash. When I asked to speak to Tony he was to busy and they hung up on me. When I called right back he was no longer there. This staff is so rude,and this business is a complete joke. I will not go back here again. Papa John's needs to close this place down.

One of our favorite Papa John's. Everything we have ordered has been ready on time, was hot, and delicious. It's been our go-to pizza place since they opened. Be sure and try one of their Papadia's if you haven't already. They are great. Keep up the good work.

My husband placed an order for carry out so I could pick it up and pay with cash. I arrive at the drive thru window and was told they voided the order because they require payment upfront. Company is so incompetent they don't even know how to remove that option from their website.

Very rude customer service! My order was canceled by the store. When I called to see why a lady has a very bad attitude and I was told they were backed up so she canceled my order. and she hung up in my face. Her people skills are awful and papa johns should be ashamed to have people as such representing their business. I will never order again.

This place is awful. Ordered on line for carry out and when I went to pick up was told if it’s over 25 you have to pay with card. Why does the site let you do it anyway? My guess it’s the franchise owners personal policy but I had to wait an extra 40 min after getting there for it to be made. But the employee you have that was shamefully put there on a Saturday by themselves (not sure his name) tonight on Saturday Jan 8 at 6:30, he gets five stars. Dude was doing everything he could to keep this place open and probably without even a thank you and you guys don’t deserve him

Ordered delivery pizza for a small party using contactless delivery with instructions to leave at the garage. Also asked for text updates and they had our cell number. Time goes by, pizza never shows, but we get an email saying it's delivered. Odd. Call the store and get put on hold for 7 minutes. Finally hang up, call back, then get hung up on. This goes on for over 20 minutes of not even being able to talk to a human to see where our order is. Finally a manager answered and says we didn't answer the door to sign for the pizza. What? That's the whole point of contactless delivery. It even says they'll leave it on the website. He claims the website is out of date. We say that they can just bring us the pizza now. No, they refused and say we can pick it up. No thanks, just refund us or money. Now they even refuse to do that. Then they hang up on us. A manager.So yeah, stay far away.

Ordered @ 6:30 it's 8:15 still NO pizza! Called on hold for 20 mins then hung up on. Ordered online $44! So don't want to spend more money anywhere else...Absolutely the WORST managed store! Need to close this one down!!!

Terrible service. Ordered a pizza, paid with card. Pizza never came so I called and the “manager” who “didn’t have to tell me his name” wouldn't give me a refund or deliver my pizza. He said I could come get it. So I asked the store managers name and he “also didn’t have to tell me that”. Terrible service and absolutely uncalled for. They’re probably pocketing the money.
