For the past 5 months I've 5been &coming here religiously every morning that I get off of work. Each morning I get the same exact thing. A Carmel Macchiato with extra drizzle, extra crunchies & extra whip. I still have to tell them to put extra drizzle & crunchies EVERY TIME!At first, I wouldn't even bother taking the time to have them fix it. But when it's happening every morning, something has to be said. I'm not a person who complains about much. But when I specifically ask for extra & also pay $0.50 per drink for extras, I expect extra!So, I finally get tired of repeating myself every morning. You would think after 5 months of ordering the same drink they would catch on. But they didn't.So, I just started asking for a small side of caramel crunchies. Each time I would tell them I will pay for it if need be. The first few times they gave it to me. Then all of a sudden they start telling me that they aren't allowed to give me any crunchies on the side even if I were to pay for them. I told the lady that I spend over $75 a week here & I also pay for extra crunchies each time. She informed me that she had put 'enough' crunchies on my drink. Enough for who, I said. By then I was so mad I just left.What happened to genuine customer service? Am I not allowed to have my drink the way I want it? I'm not asking for a hand out or anything for free. I'm even willing to pay extra extra. In my opinion if I'm spending almost $100 a week on something, I expect it to be right with no complaints.

Sucks I've been here everyday of December the only thing I look forward to is the cranberry Bliss bars and they have always been sold out I can't enjoy a place that is always out of so many things. Employees are awesome just always sell out same day. Maybe order more next year.

We visited the inside during our travels. It was clean and overall ok atmosphere. The woman behind the counter taking our order was nice, but the other couple people making the orders all appeared quite annoyed. Our order took a while and people started to pile in behind us after we got there. I think a lot of people may have done online orders around the time we arrived in the afternoon. The woman placing drinks at the counter didn't call any names. Everyone was looking hovering around the counter trying to read the label on the drink to determine if it was theirs. Not the best service but once we received our drink, it was great as expected.

New Start

Shout out to Michelle, I had a fairly large order and one of my sandwiches was accidentally given to a drive thru customer and there were no more in stock....so she asked if I would like another sandwich type and I agreed...but how she dealt with everything says to me that she will be a money maker for Starbucks because problem solving is a skill not everyone is blessed with. She is a keeper and if not already should be in a management role.Thank youPaige

This store does honor mobile deliveries. This mobile delivery was treated like a bad cold. It was not started until I mentioned something to one of the store's clerk. And you know, it was delivered quickly after an hour wait. I will try them again in the near future to see if they have improved.
