Cashier was struggling with my order. I had to explain 3 times that I did, in fact want the meat on my sandwich which was a little confusing and frustrating. Our food was great and the store and restroom were clean.

Absolute worst Arby's in the area. Orders are never correct, constantly out of fries or roast beef. Service takes forever. The incompetence of this establishment is mind blowing. No idea why I keep trying to order here.

SLOW. I placed my order and after sitting in line for 23 minutes and still wasn’t at the window I left. That is ridiculous. If you have a large order park that car and push other orders out while you are working on the large one. I saw two other vehicles leave because of the wait time. So I didn’t get any food and wasted my lunch break. Something needs to change. There is no reason to have that long of a wait time in a drive thru for fast food.

I worked here and my Gm constantly worked while sick. She gave me and my fiance a bad cold then fired us for being sick and having a doctors note. In food you are not allowed to be sick at all and working.
