Employee came to my table and advised the chicken wasn't cooked properly and they will replace it. We sat there for like 25 minutes waiting for the our order replacement. I went over to the guy that told me the chicken wasn't properly cooked and asked when were we going to get the order replacement. He apologized because he pretty much forgot about me and advised he is new and trying not to do the wrong thing (which is understandable), so he went and spoke to someone. He comes back and tells me they can only replace it if we didn't eat it, we have to return it. I advised the chicken is sitting at the table untouched because he spoke to me about it before we started eating. So he asked me to go get it. I come back with the box of chicken and the manager was waiting for me and asked what was the problem. I explained I was told the chicken wasn't properly cooked and I would get a replacement. She said okay, took the box and told the employee to replace it. They were all overall very nice at this location. I would still recommend going here because it was just a mistake of a new employee trying his best. I gave 3 stars because I had to wait so long. It was my first time eating at a Bojangles. I'm from New York and we don't have Bojangles. I really enjoyed it.
I came in to get dinner. All the employees seemed half asleep...even the ones in management colors. I didn't get handed a receipt or a drink for my meal and there was no biscuit in the box. I used to work at a different Bojangles store and we did not accept performance of this level when I worked there. Ownership has changed since then so...
They need to do better with hiring new people. I know they need to learn how to do the orders themselves but please give them a boost when people are standing there waiting on an order that is suppose to be ready but then turn around and say it’s 13 min wait on wings that was just dropped (already waited 10 min), due to the fact the order was fixed wrong.
Got my hot fresh chicken to go. First class employees. People like these make my day.
The bojangles in North Augusta keeps getting worse and worse. Managers and employees are rude. I was basically asked to leave from the window today because I wanted to take 15 seconds to check the accuracy of my order. Her reason was there was one car behind me. Not a good reason to be rude to your customers!!
The Hugh St. Bojangles is by far the best in the area. The staff is very courteous and always completes my order in a timely manner, even when I pick up a large number of biscuits to take to work.
I absolutely love Bojangles. The biscuits be so soft and buttery.
Had the new chocolate filled beignets. Pretty darn good! Employees were incredibly nice and friendly. The front of the restaurant is very clean. Employees cleaning and sanitizing were visible the whole time I was there.

Food is okay. Similar to other fast food. Biscuits were not done, had to wait for order.
Good food but they can't sell it to me because they don't accept my Discover debit card. I haven't had this issue anywhere else ever brick & mortar or on line but do remember this happening at this Bojangles last time and had cash on me that day and didn't leave as upset.. This time I didn't have cash fortunately KFC doesn't turn anyway customers because of type of debit card they have and they will be the ones getting my money from now on when the family wants fried chicken.
Extremely lumpy milk gravy. Tasted like flour. What happened to sausage gravy for biscuit. Very disappointed. Extremely clean and very nice employees.

I could not recommend a better bojangles. My family has moved ALOT and eaten at many bojangles so this is a big compliment. We have been very satisfide with every order and they haven't missed a beat!
