Took 45 minutes to get my food then the staff started arguing with each other cussing at each calling each names in front of 3 customers at this point I will not be going back ghetto place never in my life I had to deal with something like this people are crazy and I do not putting myself in situations like this staff could have started fighting even worse but I'll never come back the wait time was crazy 3 other people came behind me got there food but 45-55 minutes later I'm getting warm food after all of that drama my food should been hot but nope I warm fish and warm fish does not taste good

I'm sorry usually I try not to leave bad reviews being a General Manager working in restaurant. Now I'm leaving a review not because I ate here at this location but was a witness being on the phone with one of your customers. Now when he placed the order I was walking back in my restaurant from a slight break WHY because they started getting busy now my rush lasted 30 mins mind you he placed the order at 630. I got off at 7ish. At that time he still did not receive the order. My drive home is 25 mins. Now during that time from riding home I heard two different incidents, one incident I heard F bombs and all. At that time I'm asking him is all that happening in the restaurant. His response yes. Now during that time I can hear a lady must have been the manager because I started hearing her voice frequently during the two incidents. The next incident was from her and a young man once again foul language manager included. Now where was she the whole time for it to take an hour on one of your guest food idk. But I can say that is terrible service I mean horrible reality TV in the making. Hopefully the resolution gets fixed cause you guys are in desperate need of some real help baaaadddd

Pla Ed an order through Door dash, Captain Ds completed the order at 2 PM, but Door dash wasn't able to find a driver until 4 PM. Captain Ds employees thought it was acceptable to let that order be delivered instead of remaking the order.

I usually like this location, but on my January 2024 visit, the grease must have been old. Neither the fish nor the fries were up to snuff, and I felt queasy afterwards for a few hours.
I have to say Wade is such a compliment to the N Augusta resturant... Ive always liked Captains ds for years.... They always have good customer service.. clean always ,good cooks.Etc. but i have to say some days are off more than others... dealing with the public . I worked customer service all my life.. and it can be unpredictable.. but a man was behind the counter, and he was the working counter, drive thru the whole front. Of course im a people "watcher"... Lol... But with all he was doing he never let "his smile turn into a frown". He never let his professionalism turn... He was a great personality, wit, and he smiled the whole time.. and it wasnt a ," had to smile".he was great... I found out today.. he is the manager of the North Augusta store. His personality should never go with out a " pat on back".... Great job.... Hats off........ I honestly believe he is true blue .. you will not walk out with a smile. Thank you..Vegetarian options: Im not to comment because im not .Dietary restrictions: N/AParking: Everything is just perfect..Kid-friendliness: N/aWheelchair accessibility: Every store should be wheelchair accessiblity .. captain Ds has ALOT of seniors... And yes can dine in with comfort.

The standout feature of this restaurant is the staff. The girl that waited on me was extremely friendly and nice. I felt like I walked into my house. The food was pretty good but not stellar. However it was good enough that I will be back. Also when these horrendous Joe Biden times, the prices were actually pretty good.
