My fiancé and I have been mourning the death of Augusta's Steak 'n Shake ever since it closed last year, since we love smash burgers and shoestring fries. But now that we have found Freddy's....Steak 'n Shake who???? Freddy's is better by leaps and bounds! Their smash burgers are delicious!! We both got the Freddy's original double, which had the perfect ratio of meat (2 patties) to cheese to toppings (pickle and onion) to sauce (mustard). My fiancé ordered fries while I ordered onion rings, and both were delicious. We split some chicken tenders as well, which were okay, but I wouldn't call them Freddy's specialty - that would be their burgers and their custard. The chocolate custard is incredible! I was also pleased with their pick-up system. We ordered ahead of time on the mobile app and came inside to pick up our order. I was a bit worried about the custard, since we arrived a little later than we expected, but they have all cold pick-up items waiting in a separate fridge. No melted custard for us! The staff was pleasant, and the inside is decorated like a classic diner, with a few families sitting down and eating together. It's more focused on its drive-thru/to-go/pick-up orders than it's dine-in setting, since the interior is not very large. But we are order-ahead and take-home people, so that's perfect for us! Looking forward to more smash burgers, shoestring fries, and custard in our future.
It was my first time at Freddy’s. Had a burger and onion rings I felt the food had little taste. The atmosphere felt dingy, and the food was greasy. I will never be back.

Not impressed at all by the food or the overall experience. I was really excited to finally get to try Freddy's. The drive thru worker was extremely lazy almost like she was on drugs or something. The first thing I noticed was how filthy her nails/ hands were and just overall cleanliness. Not exactly pleasant to see at a food establishment but it got worse. I received my food and when I got home I was instantly regretting even going to begin with. First thing I noticed was how soggy the bread was so I opened the sandwich. I not only had hair in my bag but also in my burger. I didn't even get to try it. Extremely disappointed. Honestly just ridiculous.

A very unusual, but a very good hamburger. The french fries are shoestring and they come to you fresh. The store is very clean. There was one gentleman that never slowed down while I was there enjoying my meal. He kept busy cleaning up the dining room, then doing things in the kitchen/cooking area.Vegetarian options: Yes, they do have vegetarian options on the menu. They have a veggie burger.
