Ordered a salad. They canceled my order with no reason and I was left hungry lol. Wish I could have gotten a reason before dedicating my lunch time to a new place.

Might be a bit generous honestly. The bread is hard and too thick, the sandwich had 2 sad slices of ham and 1 even sadder slice of cheese. I had a thicker sandwich in jail in a holding cell. The boss who bought these for their employees is an imbecile. If you want a better sandwich, for free, go spend the night in Hill Finklea Detention Center.

Our office ordered box lunches and they were very disappointed. I ordered a club sandwich and it literally had on slice of turkey and one slice of ham. The bacon was crumbled that should be a salad. My coworkers that had sliced meat and bacon had the same issue. Also the order was supposed to be ready at 11:15 and we had to wait 30 minutes.

I ordered a club and the sandwich literally had one slice of ham and one slice of turkey and the bacon on it was crumbles of bacon that should have gone on a salad. my coworkers that meats and bacon on their sandwiches has the same issue. also our order was supposed to be ready at 11:15 and had to wait over 30 min.

Our salads had to be sitting in the fridge pre-made atleast two days -- the lettuce is wilted... the avocado I added on to be extra was rock hard ..... terrible waste of $45 dollars.

Don’t use for catering if you need an invoice! They didn’t leave one for me and would never respond to my requests to get an invoice. So rude and unprofessional not to return calls/emails to get a receipt for a large catering order. The food was ok, but definitely not worth the trouble.

Ordered box lunch sandwich and salad. My sandwich was aweful - too much sweet pickles/relish and mayo in the tuna - didn’t taste the same as tuna sandwich I usually order. Salad was completely not what I ordered. When I called I was told person who messed up my salad was new was told they would only replace the sandwich. Saddest part is the salad wasn’t even what I ordered. They should have offered to replace both. Very disappointing experience today.

I ordered a Chicken Caesar Wrap...It was cold and scholastic; informative, exactly how it should be.My friend, who was an accompaniment to the meeting, was upset because her sandwich was not as crispy as it would be if it were immediately out of the toaster. I tried to inform her about the delivery process, in which she was misunderstood and significantly misinformed based on a lack of experience.

This gets delivered to our office often and they never have much meat at all. Today half of my wrap was made up of the tortilla.
With the live event still in full swing today, our company ordered from Apple Spice catering. I was so glad they choose to support local this time instead of a chain. The lunch box included a cold sandwich, I had the club, a pickle that comes in a super cute pickle zip lock package, fruit cup, cookie, chips, their sandwich sauce, and mayo, mustard, and fork packet. After two days in a row of having cold sandwiches catered I've decided that getting one with bacon is not my jam. I know, I know, everyone loves bacon, I do too, but it doesn't travel well. All the crisp and salty goodness goes away, by the time the sandwich gets to you. Their special sauce that tasted like honey mustard was good and added flavor to the sandwich. The cookie was fresh and really soft and chewy like a great cookie should be. Again I'm glad my company supported local today and I will continue to encourage them to keep doing so.
