Beth was kind and the floor was so sticky and the soda has more carbonation than syrup. That wasn't a pleasant experience. I did enjoy my time with my coworker Victoria- she bought me lunch here.

This is an outstanding location. It was clean, The restrooms were spotless, the parking was open. Friendly, smiling greeting, excellent customer service. My only complaint was the hot food was absolutely cold. Roast beef has a scent that's unmistakable when left out for too long at room temperature. There were two forms of meat on my sandwich. No doubt about it! Some meat was rancid and green--sliced thick and smelled bad. The other meat was sliced thin, pinkisk and raw! This is the most horrible food I've ever had at an Arby's and I'm not picky. I am up having a throw it away. The curly fries rice cold and has obviously been sitting there for hours. 4/2/24 lunchtime noon

It's a shame that you can't get your food fresh from this location! Went through drive-thru.....I ordered a fish sandwich combo (large) & a half pound beef & cheddar combo (large). Requested unsweetened tea with both combos & was told there was none which that's fine so I ordered sprite. I live just a mile away & I get home take the food out of the bag. Needless to say we didn't get larges & was charged for it. My fish was tough like it was just sitting under the heat lap for over an hour. My husband's beef & cheddar was not the 1/2 pound, it was a medium & the meat was so dried out & tough that he couldn't eat it.I'll be going a little further to a different location to get my food. This isn't the first time that my food hasn't been up to standards. Arby's is too pricey to be having crappie food.

I ordered a beef and cheddar sandwich only to learn after getting home that I had some type chicken sandwich. I returned to the store with my receipt in hand and requested a beef and cheddar sandwich. What I received was a beef sandwich with a slice of cheddar cheese, not the melted cheese I ordered. A third sandwich was brought out, and I checked for accuracy. Lo and behold! It was a beef sandwich with Swiss cheese. I had to request my order again. No apology was given, and the sandwich tasted funny.
