I wish zero stars was an option. Went there at 9:20pm on 1/4/24. The two man and woman employees were extremely rude for no reason. They did not even know their own menu. Their attitudes were so nasty we left. Too afraid they would spit in our food or do something to it. Who hired these people? I guess the owner hires whoever answers the ad. They had the worst attitude with customers for absolutely no reason. We will never go back.

The best Arby's I've ever been to. The young man at the drive Thru is very well spoken and extremely polite. I go to this location a lot and I'm happy even he's working, he gives the best fast food customer service I've ever received, he deserves recognition.

came to drive thru for a last minute lunch with my husband , the young lady taking our order and helping us was absolutely wonderful. she was kind and efficient and it was very refreshing to have someone NOT acting miserable. i will be back here
Bernard was the employee at the drive thru. But y’all I think there was a good chance he was the only employee in that entire restaurant. It was late and you know how nowadays you’re lucky if someone even answers the drive thru after 9pm, right? Well, Bernard answered right away, was very nice, and our food came out hot and fresh. I don’t know how he did all that by himself but thank you Bernard, you’re awesome.
