Went around 6:30, Thursday night. The MANAGER was absolutely 1000% rude about a STRAWBERRY MILKSHAKE. I would not recommend this manager or store until she's FIRED. She was absolutely aggressive and rude.
First, we were given someone else's order, luckily I checked the bag. Then gave the other customers food it back to them, waited for our food and all of it was incorrect. It wasn't a difficult order just four burgers and a fish sandwich. They were plastered with mayo. They were cold. Overall gross. The customer service was good, food not.

Well my review has changed over the years .. this used to be a great place with great customer service but now it's just like a bunch of unhappy rushy people working here now. And also the app, what's the point of having the app to save money if the workers here aren't even trying to apply my rewards... Very

If I could give 0 stars I would. They don't respect delivery drivers at all. I literally waited over 30 minutes at the mobile order pickup in total, they didn't come to the window there and completely ignored me. So I drove through the drive thru because that was the only window they were paying attention to and the man didn't listen to my concerns and just told me to go back to the mobile pickup window. I did and they continued to ignore me, only paying attention to drive thru customers. Because of this I had to cancel another Uber Eats order at another restaurant because the other restaurant closed. Absolutely ridiculous and have never experienced such disrespect and rude behavior at any other Checkers location. When I brought this up to the other worker there they just had some lame excuse of "we have to prioritize drive thru orders and there's a certain time prioritization." Let me be clear, they weren't just prioritizing drive thru orders, which I expect, they were COMPLETELY IGNORING delivery drivers. They saw me multiple times and did not once come to the window. So this Checkers will be losing many delivery orders because no delivery driver is going to tolerate that

Best seasoned fries that I have ever eaten. Been around for a long time but I never really get a chance to visit. Had lunch at the Dorchester rd location last week and went with the Big Buford combo!! AI took my order(strange but effective). Burger was really good and the fries!! Fantastic. ?

Terrible experience! The male worker and a manly female who I assume was the Supervisor rushed us out the drive thru and cursed at me and my Husband. Went to order very late Friday night/early Saturday morning due to my Husband working late and tried to get a bite to eat. We were having problems with the mobile app trying to redeem rewards but we still were trying to order anyway. The guy told us to get out the drive Thru and closed the window on us. We sat there and the mannish female then opened the window and told us we have to move then started cursing at us saying we weren't going to order anything. Very unprofessional place full of A-holes! Never experienced anything like this before.
