I went here to pick up an order and the lady was literally just talking on her phone and not bagging up the order which was right in front of her. I bet the food wasn’t even good just based off how slow she was taking. Then when I done open it that junk was all incorrect. Get your stuff together next time!

I came to this location today with my niece April 11 at around 7:40pm and tried to order at the least $70 worth of food for my family of 5. I had to leave because the lady making my food was so rude I couldn’t believe it. Not just rude hostile and yelling like she was so upset because she had to serve us. I asked for the manager after the third time getting yelled at by her and she pointed to the young guy beside her and then said yeah now go on. He said nothing and he heard her yelling the whole time. This location has went down hill. I mean not mediocre service or bad service this was terrible. I have never had someone yell at me for asking for pico before! On top of everything they were out of all salsas, and only had the green one which looked brown and old. I will never spend my money here again and will be calling corporate.

The wort experience I have ever had with someone in customer service,the girl behind the counter was snotty and rude she yelled at my grandma for taking to long with her order and asking for salsa and the manager stood right next to her and didn’t say anything to reprimand her, I can’t believe how bad they would treat an elderly woman , I will never go back

Get it together. Salads get salad dressing! Make enough for a day not just a couple hours. Staff your store so you don't have online order only days for people who drove out of their way to go there!Clean your store and counters between rushes! And ffs Stop pouring new fresh food in the old dirty tubs at the front line!!! You're supposed to take the contaminated one out and put the fresh tub in. Smh Chipotle standards for their workers and restaurants has went downhill, bad! The last two times I walked in, I walked out because it was disgusting and I seriously want dressing for my salad!

The lazy people locked the door at 9:20pm even though closing time is at 10pm. Then they get mad when customers that are already inside let people in. How is management allowing this? Does the company not want to make money?

They unlocked the door late this morning, and only after a line was formed outside the door. Unlocked it, not open it to welcome the waiting customers. A minimum of 5/6 people are working inside. They don't say goodmorning or anything after their late open, just "online orders only". The service of everyone inside was rude and inconsiderate. O/10

Why stay open late if you’re not going to have all ingredients available? I ordered online, my order wasn’t ready when I arrived but staff were cleaning up to close about an hour before closing time. I watched my food be made & the employee was mad because I said I wasn’t getting what I ordered. Notify a paying customer & let me decide if I still want your food at all.

This location sucks. Didn’t open on time and then once they unlocked the doors we still weren’t able to order. The lobby was still dirty from the day before and no one spoke to us other than the young lady that unlocked the door. Needless to say we left.

It’s pretty chill in there however, not all guacamole is made equal. You just need to know who’s working and that usually determines if the guac is going to be right or not.

I just went in and got the barbacoa bowl with beans, sour cream, cheese, guacamole, and hot sauce. The people behind the counter definitely portioned it right. It's probably going to be my go-to for protein bowls after a workout. Minus the sour cream cheese and guacamole. Lol. That was a cheat day.
