My wife and I went to the Goose Creek Fall Festival and smelled the delicious food cooking at Chucktown Mobile Seafood. We ordered the Shrimp Basket with 1/2 fries and 1/2 hush puppies for our basket and enjoyed everything. Some of the BEST seafood and sides we have had.We especially enjoyed meeting the chef. My food was cold, it wasn't fresh and it was small portioned. A big disappointment. It would be better if it was cooked to order and if they ensured freshness. Thumbs down. ??

AWESOME!! Chef FRYDADDIE KEVIN & his wonderful staff served up great Shrimp, Fish, Oysters and ~ FRIES!! Seasoned to perfection!. After personally Blessing our food and our Class Reunion Social, oysters hit the table first and were gone as fast as that! He kept them coming, and we kept them going. Everyone was courteous and served every dish to us , all gloved up and sanitary. Yes, they have your safety in mind still. EXCELLENTLY DONE!!

We have been going to this restaurant for about 3-4 years but now we don't know where it is, if it's closed or moved to another place.. Everyone was very friendly & treated us well!!!

I got the seafood basket and it has fried okra scallops shrimp and oysters, It is so good! They were at Fort Dorchester‘s home game last night.

The food was great, however we ordered 2 sandwiches told they only had one left waited A long time for it then someone who ordered after us, ordered 3 of the same sandwich got his before us and we said something about not getting out food and they said oh it's coming right up as they are dropping it in. It was good but wow you could only sell us 1 and cooked theirs first

Order was delayed which was okay they added additional.. but when I got home the 2 sides I ordered were entirely incorrect lol.. I asked for Mac & green beans got white rice & corn. Nice people though.

I tried ChuckTown seafood for the first time today at the Rice Festival in Walterboro, SC. The food was horrible and overpriced. Will not try them again.
This spot is dope food is so awesome would deflee recommend. I stop to eat here and the food was so delicious

Ordered during the 2022 Charleston Air show and we enjoyed the food very much. The three of us enjoyed the "sampler" order that was provided. The employees were very cordial and courteous despite the long lines and hungry customers. Great job!

After paying, I noticed immediately that the corn dogs were from a frozen bag(watched the guy open it to fry it). I was sad about that due this being my daughter's first corndog. Not only that but it was burnt. The fried fish was ok, decently seasoned and fried but nothing amazing. The fried shrimp was a bit soggy but plump. Fries were decent and seasoned nicely. I liked the fried okra. Wished they had offered other things in their mobile van that wasn't all fried, but I do understand it's harder to get thing around in a mobile van. People were nice. Price was decent considering.

Went for all you can eat oysters. Amazing people, amazing owner and staff! Very down to earth, reminded me of the old days. The crowd that was attracted, the food, the atmosphere. Everything was just so nice. If you have not tried this business yet, you are missing out.
