Unfortunately customer service brought this rating down to three stars. When we arrived, there were guests but the restaurant wasn't super busy. Within a few minutes of sitting down, our waitress walked by us one time and told us she would be back to help us. Then she proceeded to walk by us seven more times within 15 minutes and never spoke to us once. I finally stopped her and asked her if she was our waitress and she gave a snarky remark. She FINALLY took our order (reluctantly) after 20 minutes of waiting. She never brought out silverware, napkins or plates. Another server was nice enough to do that for us. We've been to this place twice in two years and probably won't be back. I always go above and beyond with a tip if the service is good but needless to say, that didn't happen this time.

My family and I had a great lunch at Community Pizza House! The food was delicious and though they were a little short staffed, the customer service was very good! Will definitely be back! ?

Yum! We were a bit skeptical bc it's so close to the outlets and the parking lot wasn't super busy, but we loved everything! The wait staff and greeters were so personable, and the food was so much better than we had hoped. We'll be back for sure. The kitchen is open for all to see, which is good, too. Highly recommended!

Would have given 5 stars as the food was awesome the servers were great, but the hostess had an attitude about the time we came in to eat. Seems they have covid hours where they close at 8

The drinks, atmosphere and food were amazing. I recommend the Bianco pizza! The staff was great also.
Good location, beautiful outside on the patio for a afternoon date. Appetizer was good and the pizza of choice was great.

We wanted to try this place because they have outdoor seating. Their menu is not big only pizza personal size available with two baked dishes. They offer happy hour with half off appetizers and some special drinks. We order two appetizers and both of them are very good especially the meat balls! Pizza was also excellent! Best marinara sauce I have tasted! Our server was very friendly and knowledgeable on their dishes. This will be our #1 place for pizza and drinks for sure!!

We enjoyed the outside firepit, however we have gone twice and both times had terrible servers. This last time, the server said she would get the heaters outside working, took our orders and we never saw her again. . .we were cold and literally never saw her until another server brought us our bill much later after we sought someone out to help us. Granddaughter waited and waited and waited to just get dressing for a salad. Finally we had to send one of our group in TWICE just to track down some ranch dressing. We really, never saw our server. Both times we sat outside at the large firepit table. So... not..... impressed.

This is the second time we have eaten here. Both times at the outdoor firepit. Not sure if they just forget about the people eating outside or what. Both times the service was terrible. The food was good. Worst service as far as the servers that we got. We had to track down our server, water, bill. Just not worth the hassle.

Omg!! This place is AMAZING! The general manager Brandy was so helpful!! My boyfriend and I were on the patio and the heater lap wouldn’t start. Brandy tried three different ones and they wouldn’t work. Brandy had the staff clean off the fire pit area and we were seated there. ALL the staff from the time we entered until the time we exited the establishment were polite and courteous. Please get the pineapple upside down martini it’s delicious!!! We enjoyed the hot and fresh pizza!! This place did not disappoint. Did I mention our waitress who was also the bartender did an outstanding job!!! Come, come, come and support this phenomenal business!!
