We loved this restaurant! Food, service, and ambiance was fabulous. Our server Wendy was amazing and went above and beyond! If we visit Charleston again we’ll be hitting up this restaurant for sure again!

Sad to say this place did nothing but disappoint. While I wasn’t fortunate enough to meet Wendy (I heard she’s quite the character), I did have an extremely underwhelming experience. My party requested for the meat to be cooked medium and we seemed to receive either well done or rare all night long. By the end of the night we had a plate piled high with meat that was as red as the stop coaster! They do get 2 stars because their pineapple was the saving grace and the water didn’t seem to come straight from a sink tap! God help the Cowboy Brazilian Steakhouse.

SERVICE BY SAMANTHA: RUDE, CONDESCENDING, BLAH. Yes we left her zero tip. She was the worst service provider we have ever encountered. I’m not even sure that this is her name as they seemed hesitant to reveal it. Meat service was polite. My husband wanted to speak to the manager but I said we’d write a review. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
Our server was great, the buffet of salads and other accompaniments to the protein could be a bit more robust. The Ambiance was like sitting beneath a microscope with the fluorescent lights above head.

This was a nice a warm atmosphere. The staff was friendly and eve came out tasting swell. The sides were also great.
Service was continuous. The food was good. Tried the lamb chops, and they were very tender, delicious. The grilled pineapple was very welcoming as well to our meal. Overall experience was worth it.
Went for me and my hubbies anniversary. We were greeted and sat immediately. The hostess was so polite. Our waiter Nathan, was efficient in serving us and made our night so special. The food was amazing, and it was spotless clean. Will be dining here again. Highly recommend!!
Run for the hills! This was the most disastrous dining experience I’ve ever had in my life. For starters, when you first walk in, the smell of old dirty carpet nearly slaps you in the face. Got seated by a kind host who ensured me that my server Wendy would soon arrive to get me and my party started. 15 minutes later she shows up with the most drab, uninterested, and unwelcoming attitude. She took our cocktail orders and we made our way to the buffet line to get sides. The side dishes were pretty lackluster and basic for the most part, however, it’s no big deal because the star of the show are the meats. Wendy brought back our drinks, the meats started rolling in and we were enjoying trying the plethora of items on rotation… until we found 2 bugs floating in one of our cocktails. We waited for Wendy to return and after 15 more minutes of her being MIA, we took the drink to the kind host who informed us that Wendy made the drinks. Why the servers are making the drinks and there are no bartenders on staff, have no clue! Wendy finally arrived at the table, we tell her about the bugs and she grabs the drink and walks off. No apology, no offer to make a fresh cocktail, nothing. At this point, my party and I are disgusted and turned off and no longer want to eat here. If there’s bugs in the drink, there’s no telling what’s in the kitchen that we can’t see. When Wendy finally comes back, she lets us know that she has gotten approval to remove all of our cocktails off the bill. We have already had 3 cuts of meat and have eaten a few bites of our sides. Might I add, we never received glasses of water. When we told Wendy that she never brought us waters, she proceeds to say “You didn’t ask for any.” Wait… you mean to tell me that I’m paying $75+ a plate, and I have to ask you for water??? We inform her that we are no longer interested in dining here, asked to see and manager, and let her know that we will not be paying for anything due to the establishments uncleanliness and her horrible customer service. She proceeds to get upset and threatens to call NCPD and says “I can assure you, your food will not be free and you will be paying for it”. She continues to go back and forth with my party and I as we tell her we aren’t interested in speaking to her and want her manager. When we dismissed her anger and unprofessionalism, she stuck up her middle finger and ran away. Now we’re absolutely fuming at the lack of customer service, respect, and courtesy that’s been given. The manger paid us a visit and was very understanding of our issues. We ended up leaving without having to pay anything. Long story short, Wendy totally ruined a joyous and positive birthday occasion and I will never return. Do not waste your hard earned money at this establishment. I’ve had a better customer service experience at the local McDonald’s. My only positive is that the lamb chops were delicious… as long a you don’t mind them with a piping hot side of disrespect, lousy service, unresponsiveness, and a middle finger for dessert.
