I love the restaurant, but my review comes from a different perspective...Dashi catered our wedding with their paella party format. We had tapas for cocktail hour and the paella, salad, and a side for dinner. Our guests were raving about how good and unique the food was! I was also very impressed with how easy the team was to work with from initial contact, contract agreement, and service and clean up on the day of. Everything went so smoothly and we loved it! Thank you to Oscar & the team for being amazing!!Dietary restrictions: The customized to allow for vegan and dairy free options easily.

MUST try! Super chill atmosphere. Indoor and outdoor seating. Family friendly. The food is great! I got stir fried noodles with half steak half chicken. My husband got 3 tacos, shrimp, chicken and steak. And the portions were great! They do not skimp on the protein on either dish.They also have an icecream camper, but we did not try that.Parking: You can always park next door if parking lot is full.Kid-friendliness: Good area outside away from road kids can be a little more free.
As someone with Celiac, I am very picky and have a small list of "safe" restaurants. This WAS on my list of safe restaurants and I have eaten here several times without issue, however, yesterday, I was careful to pick the pad Thai which is labeled as gluten free and also selected the Celiac/gluten allergy boxes to be safe. I'm not sure what was different with this last order but the dish was without a doubt glutenous, and not a cross contamination issue, with the reaction I am having, it was definitely a full blown ingredient issue. (Regular soy sauce or something). I am very sad that this restaurant is going to have to be crossed off my safe list as their food is absolutely delicious but now I can't trust that they take proper precautions when dealing with gluten.

Dashi is a Mexican & Asian influenced Fusion Mix. The Menu is pretty simple with compact options. There isn't much variance or choice but this isn't a bad thing. I would suggest that everyone tries it atleast once.
