I have ordered from this location twice in 2 weeks. Both times I did not receive eating utensils for the pasta order. I called to speak with them asking to please remember the utensils and napkins. The driver Eric said it’s not on his order and he do not put it in. I called spoke to Dan who ensured he was sending after 45 mins they did not bring it. When I finally decided to try scoop the pasta with my pizza noticed it was made without the Spinach. Called them concerning that and how cold my pizza is now. I requested a remake of my order and will give t back the uneaten order just to be told he will only remake the pasta but will not do anything concerning the cold pizza. I order pizza and pasta because I eat it together. I have no way to heat up the pizza because I am at a business. I will not order anything from this location moving forward. Customer services is lost and this is disappointing.

The wrong pizza was dropped off and I had no problem having the correct one delivered. The app was easy to use, and allowed me to choose between points or a discount on the next order. Then, when I called the store, the representative made sure to get the order out as fast as possible. Shortly after, the driver arrived with a fresh pizza. There was no fuzz, I didn’t feel cheated and there was no second guessing. The Dominos staff made me feel like they appreciate me as a customer and wanted to make it right. This is how good customer service should be!

Last order was skimpy on cheese and pepperoni so ordered extra. LOL What a joke! Didn't look like extra either and I paid extra? Little Ceasars deep dish is better.

last week i was mad becuase it took a couple of hours to receive my food. but...i also understand that sometimes things happen that is beyond anyones control. So, i decided that i was gonna be lazy and order again. (2x pizza's and 2x orders of chicken)I was super impressed. Micheal was at my door less than 5 minutes after i hit submit. it litterally takes 8 to 10 minutes for me to drive to them for pick-up. HOW did he get to my house so fast??I don't know what kind of Harry Potter crystal ball they have over there...but i love it. I am glad that i gave it another go.I dont think i need to say, becuase it was like he was in my kitchen cooking my food as i was ordering it...but the pizza and chicken was steaming hot and yummy.Thank you guys soo much. I will be ordering again.

I received this pizza today. The person that said they were the manager thought it was funny how bad the pizza was burned. Thankfully it was only a waste of gas because she had another made for me. Make sure you check your pizza before leaving.

Very rude. I walked in to pay for my order that I made for a party and did not get greeted. They were having a conversation in the back and up until another customer came in, I was finally helped. Very very rude employees! Was my go to Dominos but I will go else where!

2nd time ordering pizza with hardy marinara and receiving a pizza with ZERO sauce. Store manager said "marinara is thick, it's there" hello, no sauce on pizza AT ALL!!! will never utilize dominos store #5654 again.

So I enjoyed this pizza. Just wished it was a little crispier. The customer service wasn’t bad and it was great, just blah. I ordered two thin crust pepperoni and half banana peppers. The bread sticks or dough balls rather we’re not cooked very well. Almost too much butter.
