I tried to go in and buy a gift card today, however the 2 employees that were working were only concerned about the drive through. They didn't even have the courtesy to greet me. After waiting a while, I just walked out. Ignoring customers is not good business.

My hot food is either cold or burnt. My coffee is either bitter or has a bug in it. I have pictures to back up every statement I've made. This is a awful location. They never answer the phone and just very dismissive f any complaints and so is corporate....disgusting

Purchased a spiced cookie iced coffee and 4 donuts. My iced coffee was not what I ordered, my donuts were old tasting and one had what looked like it had a bug wing on it. Would not refund order and was very nasty about it saying the morning crew made this not them! We won’t be back!

As always the food and drinks were good, problem is mutipoint. First you couldn't get into the entrance due to lack of space and the drive thru extending all way around building leaving no room to get to small parking area in rear. Second, girl at the counter spoke so quietly neither of could understand a thing she was saying and after us obviously not understanding her she still didnt raise her voice so we could hear. I simply asked for an iced coffee with whipped cream and some Carmel sauce. She asked me a series of questions using words that we have no idea what she's talking about. Needless to say I didn't get anything resembling what I wanted but I just took it and left. Don't think girl behind counter understands what customer service means. Training may be needed.

Slow is the word! Dirty.bathrooms, discussing! Slow I’m here at 750 still in line at 8:29 I would have left but I put on my dunkin account already. Customers visibly mad, walk in and drive thru, many customers left due to poor service.

Poor service. Sat at drive-thru speaker and no answer. Thought it was broken so I pulled up to the window and described what happened. Not only could they not make my coffee but their excuse for poor service was "we were busy".
