Terrible customer service, I didn’t get a chance to order because three clueless girls stood there talking to each other instead of asking if I wanted to order. They Ignored me like I wasn’t standing there at all. So, I walked out and went somewhere else.

I got the Mac and cheese for 5 bucks. It was 5 dollars for a tiny dish of salt water and noodles, no flavor or substance at all, total waste of money. Also got the new York steamer for ten bucks. It was a sloppy salty mess. Maybe a different sandwich would have been better but overall a terrible lunch for 15 bucks. The bread itself was good at least.

The new Chicken Parmesan Meatball sub is scrumptious!Loved the cheese, the bread, toasted just right. ..hope it sticks around and is a keeper. I'm not a big sub eater, but the times I have gotten one here has never disappointed ...Love the Hook and Ladder, Turkey subs, too. Friendly staff..I love ordering ahead online and picking up, have used delivery as well.Good selection of crisp chips, cookies, and brownies, too.

I understand it's hard to find workers, and I appreciate that they're hiring special needspeople, but maybe don't put all 5 of them on staff at once on a Saturday night at 8pm without competent help. took an hour and a half for a online order to be ready, when i arrived, 30 minutes after my order, i was one of two customers there. Not blaming the kids, blaming poor management.

There shouldn't be juveniles working in the restaurant. There were 2 young boys and a young lady with an afro staring and laughing at us and not serving customers in a timely manner. They were very unprofessional and the customers complained about waiting for 20 minutes after customers came in after them. There was not a manager watching over them and something needs to be done about the lack of professionalism in this restaurant.That is not good for business! I'm very disappointed with the service we received at this location. They're gonna lose business after today if this type of behavior continues.

I had the Italian sub with turkey instead of ham. My sister and I went to eat at 3:00pm, and she had the club sub. She felt sick with diarrhea after eating it, but I got full on food poisoning with nausea, extreme vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal cramps, mild fever, weakness, headaches, as well as severe dehydration, including dry mouth. Firehouse was the only food I consumed aside from my morning oatmeal. My friend called the restaurant and spoke to Jack, who told her that there is no way someone got sick, because they follow all of the procedures perfectly. I worked at Firehouse for 3 years back in high school, and I know 100% that they in fact, do not follow all procedures perfectly. Do not eat here.

FH has had many problems with their online App. The latest version is better, but still needs tweaking. Aside from the App, the food is great.

Yes so happy to have discovered firehouse subs! Yeah I always get the roast beef and my husband gets several different types! And you can delete any ingredients that you do not want on yourself and you can choose the type of bread that you want‼ we are always satisfiedEverything was good except for the manager saw the DoorDash person take out my sandwich. We had an order of four sandwiches but I only got three and I can't eat pastrami and mine was a roast beef sandwich, which I absolutely love. ! I'd like to get chips and since my sandwich is 12 inches it makes two meals and so I order two lays plain potato chips, but they send me different types of chips and I guess that's all they have on hand I don't know, but I don't like that but their sandwiches are delicious! And I'm trying to remember if they have the large iced tea and if they do, it's great‼

I love this place and my hook and ladder is always on point. The cashier Mack, has a soft voice and her voice needs to be a little louder so the customer can hear her. Because I had trouble hearing her.

There is a sign there telling you to check your order for a reason. Because it will likely be wrong. Weds 7/19 at about 8pm. Doesn’t seem like where was any management there. I just got out of the hospital and we wanted to grab some quick food and get home. We ordered 2 sandwiches, both with no veggies. Clerk repeated the order back to us, correct. The kids making the orders were very chatty and slow. Just taking their time and talking. When our order was finally called, the girl read it back to us, also correct. So we just took the bag and left. I was in the HOSPITAL, I didn’t think to check my order since she read it back RIGHT! Of course we got home and both sandwiches had veggies cooked into them and condiments we didn’t ask for. Huge waste of money. I ended up picking off all the veggies to try and salvage our meal. How come it is so hard to do what is on the paper???! I guess it doesn’t matter. We won’t be back here.
