It’s a Marriott restaurant. The food was good, service prompt and attentive, price, reasonable. Certainly better than average, but not exceptional.

Brandon was a very outstanding bartender. He was extremely personable and carried a great conversation while also promptly and efficiently delivering beverages. Made me feel welcomed from out of town.

Aesthetically one of the nicest hotels I've been in. We just stopped in for breakfast which was also delicious.

Been staying at the Marriott for three weeks now. Went down to eat the first night and was told by the bar that they would "be right there" to take my order as there were 5 other people in the restaurant/bar and no one came over for 10 minutes so I left. Gave it another another chance tonight and sat at the bar to get 1 beer to finish watching a game. Saw her serve a man a beer while I was sitting. It's now my time to order and she leaves and says they are closed.

General hotel food. Not bad; however, not great.

What a wonderful stay we had at the North Charleston Marriott!! Jessica at the front desk is absolutely incredible!! She was very sweet, professional and accommodating to all the guests…a true gem! Housekeeping also did a great job and we love that they even offer housekeeping since some hotels don’t in these post-Covid days. This hotel is in a great location, just off I-26, close to the outlet stores and restaurants, but far enough away from all the traffic in that area. Our room was a King Junior Suite and it was very spacious, with one and a half bathrooms, and a comfortable couch. Not a lot of drawer storage for clothes (2 small drawers in the desk & 1 under the safe), but there was plenty of room to hang clothes to the left of the closet, so it all worked out. You can also hang some things in the small armoire/closet, but the items hang front to back, so it’s a little difficult to access things. The safe was plenty roomy and the bath and bed linens were nice. The bed is softer than our bed at home, but we both slept pretty well. We loved the walk-in shower and the water pressure and temperature were truly great! The bathrooms had built-in night lights behind the mirrors and the bed had this really cool ambient lighting above/behind the headboard that could be turned on or off. Lots of extra seating in this room with several chairs and the L shaped couch. The tv selection was just “ok”, in part because several of the channels, such as HGTV, did not come in. The wifi worked well at times, but no so well at other times. The AC worked well and there were plenty of places to charge your electronic devices. We ate dinner at the restaurant and Kelly & Becca were our severs on different nights. The food at the restaurant, HC Provisions, was excellent!! We had the wings, the chicken and waffles, the Caesar salad and the housemaid chips and they were all excellent! This hotel seems to be a popular venue for events. There was one going on Saturday night and we noticed several business functions going on during our stay as well. Crystal and Sheila were in the M Club Lounge at breakfast time and they were both great and did a great job of keeping everything well stocked. The breakfast offered scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, potatoes, yogurt, cereal, muffins and pastries, hot oatmeal and biscuits and gravy till 10am. During the rest of the day, you could pop in for coffee, water, sodas and juices as well as snacks such as chips and cookies. The evening offered hors d’oeuvres but the one night (Monday) we arrived at 7:20pm, everything was already being cleaned up, so I guess we missed it. The outdoor area offered a pool and two fire pit areas which would be great to sit and catch up with friends and family if you were here with a small group. We had such a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel and we would stay here again.

I was in town for a business trip with a few co-workers. I showed up at North Charleston Marriott to check in and found out that I had booked at another Marriott across town by accident. Shameca Hopkins you are a life saver! She called the other manager explained the issue and was able to get my reservation at the other hotel cancelled without a fine. Checked me into her hotel and all was taken care of. Thank you so much for providing an easy solution to a situation that could have been stressful! Wonderful job Shameca and Marriott is luck to have you.

We were going to a show at the PAC and needed somewhere nice and close for an adult beverage and something to eat. The HC Provisions was the place. We sat at the bar, ordered a couple of drinks and had great conversation with the staff. Now... full disclosure, this is a hotel restaurant. Clean, well decorated and cool ambiance. Not many people in the restaurant at 6pm but that was fine with us. The bathroom was a hike so don't put it off, if you gotta go, get up a go. The food you ask? Delicious! I got a burger, perfectly cooked, all toppings on the side and the seasoned fries were good too. We got the fried green tomatoes as a horde vor and omg were they were awesome! My wife got some broccoli spinach flat bread thing? I did not want any of that! But of course she just had to have some of my fries! I digress. O well. Is what it is. I know your wondering about the prices... well... kinda expensive to me. Just saying..... a C note does not have the mileage it used too. Enjoy y'all.

This hotel is a wonderful property. The staff is fantastic. We stayed in January 2023 for a weekend. The check in was efficient and pleasant. Our luggage did not make the connection with us, so we arrived without some essentials. The front desk provided us with the essentials to get us through until the next morning when our luggage arrived. We experienced the MClub at the North Charleston Marriott and it was fantastic. I had do some work during my stay and to be able to sit down there and get a few hours of work completed was great. The hostess was fantastic, too, despite that she was Jacksonville Jaguar fan. The hotel restaurant provides a fantastic breakfast in the morning. The wait staff in the restaurant is prompt and courteous. The only criticism I have is that the rooms are just a bit too small. I managed to bang my shin on the bed frame a couple of times as I walked around the room. However, the rooms are well furnished. The hotel is close to the airport, which made it very convenient for me to go back to retrieve my luggage the next morning after checking in. It is in a great location. Again, this is a wonderful hotel.
