Extremely friendly waitresses and fast service compared to the one in my area. We were visiting our son at JBCHS, his car battery died while we were eating and the staff came out and jumped our car for us. Visit them, they are great.

Terrible....only person waiting to he seated...no eye contact no hello....nobody interested....finally offered a seat...place was half empty....I was told no booth because nobody would wait on me there....I just walked out...it's obvious they don't want the business

Had chicken biscuit biscuits and gravy and also the crepes the chicken sandwich the crepes are awesome the biscuit and gravy the gravy is just not that same quality it used to be but everything else was great. Our server and I can't remember her name was excellent did a great job was very attentive very professional it seems like she really cared about her guests.

I walked in with my daughter & the workers just looked at us and kept ignoring us. Basically did not want to help us. May I remind you there were only one other guest. IT WAS NOT BUSY. ONE CAR!!! They lost business that day, so not my problem. Get better workers and more welcoming faces.

Great food and experience. The server Casper was very polite, funny , and a great personality ! Loved the recommendations for the omlette, it was amazing. Made our dinner very enjoyable and I'm grateful for server's like Casper ! I will be going here again for food and hopefully get Casper as my server . ??

The food was good and came out in a timely manner. The place was not crowded when we went but all "available " tables, although cleared of dishes, were dirty and should have been wiped down before telling customers to have a seat. Servers were nice.

Worst experience ever these ppl sold me straps and would not give me a refund told that's how the new pot roast came and that gravey didn't come on cause it would be salty even though the menu states it comes with beef gravy I paid for this and wasn't able to get my refund I asked her would she eat this no I don't eat that me either I just want a refund would not issue me a refund look at this would you serve this in a restaurant to a paying customer

Waited forever for the food, finally received it, and all of it was cold. Unbelievable. This isn't the first time this has happened at this ihop. But it will be my families last time eating here.
