Came in on a Tuesday night. (4/24) I was seated right away. The young lady who waited on me was friendly. The service was great. The food came out quick and hot. It was made right. I was kinda hasn't to try this location because of all the bad reviews, and the parking lot was empty. Everything was on point. I had a great visit. It's worth a try.

All though the food was amazing I can’t say that for the service several young lady’s stood around looking at me and other customers waiting to be served at the front counter finally a young woman just served her table came over to me and others and had asked if we had been served she took our ordersKid-friendliness: My kids love the pancakes
We waited 2 hours for our order and then I get my order but my son had to wait 20 plus minutes cause I’m sure waiter ordered it wrong then gets order and it’s still not correct. Had to wait for utensils to eat with and not once did the waiter check on us for anything. Asked to speak with manager and he didn’t show no concern. This is the first ihop that has left a bad taste in my mouth.
So we went here on a Sunday about noon and It was 7 of us. They set us at a dirty table and when we asked the waitress to clean it, she rolled her eyes and half cleaned it. It took another 15 minutes for another waitress to come and take our drink orders. We also put our food orders in at the same time, however, she only took an order from 6 of us 6 and left. We had to call her back to take the 7th person's order. I'm not sure how you NOT take everyone's order at the table. When the food finally came out out only three of us had the correct food we ordered. Never have I had service so poor in any restaurant that I've ever been in. The waitresses literally do not care about anything,cleanliness food, attitude, nothing. I will never, ever dine at this IHOP again!

If I could give a zero I would. Absolute WORSE customer service EVER. Asked for well done steak tips they still wasn’t done. Food was cold. It took awhile for my order to be taken and also took awhile before I got the check and I had to ask for that. They don’t make sure to check on their tables. One man had to get up and ask for a refill. I will NEVER come back to this ihop EVER again.

The kids wanted pancakes, so I gave in and went to IHOP. It was a typical IHOP visit, slow service, mediocre food, and a messed up order.

Server was one of the best. Food ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️everything was hot and freshly cooked. All the employee's were very friendly . If I lived in Charleston I would return here often. And I'd like to include You honestly don't ever recieve service like this anymore.
It was okay until some child 2 tables down from us threw up. It took a while for the family to leave and the staff to get the area cleaned. My wife and I couldn't finish our meals, so we got trays to carry out and left as quickly as we could.
Overall a good experience. The food was very good and the service was decently well. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and they made sure to clean our table right away as we sat down. I will eat here

Dirty and neglected place, dirty tables. Tasteless food, dirty utensils, I had to wash the spoons in the sink. It will never be returned. Let's hope they improve with the reviews because it was a good place.
