It was literally bacon, lettuce, and mayonnaise and they asked me to refrigerate it and come back in the store because they were “pretty sure” they made the sandwich right. I was on a break at work. Im not refrigerating my sandwich for days to bring it back. What an odd request. And then they wanted me to email a picture. Apparently I was expected to dig a sandwich from a trash can. I ordered 3 sandwiches and only 1 was wrong. I asked for a refund of $9.95. Instead I had to dispute my charges with my bank. The WORST customer service I’ve ever had from a Jersey Mikes.

Not the biggest fan of Jersey Mike's nothing against this location at all.. Everything went as could be expected and came out exactly as I ordered. Staff was friendly and professional in appearances. Drink station was clean and well stocked. Atmosphere lacks any depth (it's a fast food sub place) but was clean and tidy. If you like this chain this is a great location!!!
