I arrived 10 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready and it still wasn’t done. I understand places get busy, so I said okay and waited patiently. While I was waiting, I hear the person making my order say my name and then start complaining about me and my order. Keep in mind, all I asked for was for them to add lettuce and tomato to my hot sub. It made it very awkward and uncomfortable.

My wife and I ordered two Philly cheesesteaks tonight. We unwrapped the subs and black bugs were crawling all over the subs. I called and they said my refund should process in 4 business days. How is this place still open??? DISGUSTING!!!

Customer service was awesome except the black cashier. She was very rude and was rushing me to pay for me order and i hadn’t even told the other worker what i wanted on my sub yet!!! The bread was hard as a brick and they put so much vinegar on it by the time i got home to eat it the bread was soooo soggy.

We order the roast beef and provolone and I got the what was it portabella and swiss. As you can see as soon as I open my sandwich the bread fell off it was so liquidy we actually went to another restaurant the customer service and the atmosphere was amazing restaurant was clean and nice customer service however I I've never had this experience ever at any Jerseys Mike's before. And the Roast beef is cold the provolone was not melted I'm assuming at this location you must ask for the roast beef to be warmed. Not sure why this experience was not so good but hopefully next time at a different location.

I ordered a club sub on a "mini". The bread was so hard, it made the sandwich difficult to chew. I guess they don't sell too many "minis" because that bread was definitely stale. Other than the stale bread, the sandwich itself tasted pretty good. The price was a little steep as well. The total came out to right under $12 for a 4 inch sub, a bag of chips, and a regular sized drink.
