I order from here frequently to serve my office and every time it is ready and hot when I come by to pick it up. Today I had to wait a little longer than expected and the entire staff could not have been more accommodating. From the host, to the bartender, to the food runners and even owner- every individual I encountered was warm and friendly. I was totally blown away by how A+++ their service is (and the food is delicious too!!)

My wife had the baked potato and it was MASSIVE. I had the pulled pork sandwich with baked beans and corn on the cob. The cheese muffins are tasty too. Overall, everything was pretty good and filling and it's a good stop before heading to the coliseum or performing arts center nearby.
The food was pretty good but waitstaff made us feel like they had better things to do then provide customer service. Really wanted desert but after how we were treated did not want to spend another penny so we went somewhere else. Will go back to a jim and nicks but not here.

Jim N Nick's is a favorite. Instead of the turkey, I ordered a salad. It was pretty good. The sweet corn was a contrast to the salty ingredients which paired well with my taste buds. Husband ordered the fish and he said that was good also.

Long time jim n nicks eater, and one if my favorite bbq places but as of 2024 service has declined. Not sure if management or staffing has changed but I’ll be looking for a new usual spot. Bad service on repetitive outings.

Hamburger bun burnt Hamburger burnt onion rings had half the breading on them. They told us the slow up was the bridge run done hours ago and the stingrays game witchwad 3 hours away service was so slow.
Good hamburger. Shelby kept our drinks filled and cheese biscuits replenished...BTW...cheese biscuits were hot and fresh. Thank you.

Last time we were here was months before Covid. Today we decided to have dinner before we head up to the Airport and boy Jim 'N Nick's has changed. We had the brisket plate that was ~6oz for $21 and half rack of baby backs for $18. Brisket was super dry even for it being marbled. Baby Backs were slightly tough and cold. I can't complain about the service because Amber our waitress, was the bar tender serving not just the bar but about 6 or 7 other tables. She did the best she could so no complains on her. I'm just disappointed on the quality of food for today but, I will be back in the near future. Hoping that it was just a one off because I know this place has good food. So those reading this don't be too discouraged, this is a good establishment just possibly a bad night. (4/5/24) ate around 630pm. The wait wasn't too bad. Was told 5-10 mins but actual wait time was 22 minutes.

The LONGEST experience in a drive thru I have EVER had in my life! I waited 45 min just for my order to be taken, and another 15 min to get my order. They LITERALLY process one car all the way through before taking the next order!!

I REALLY ENJOY THE RIBS, NOT SO BAKE POTATOE. BUT THE COLLARDS GREEN WERE A BIT SALTY. EVERY THING ELSE WAS GREAT.
