I wouldn’t give this location 1 star if I didn’t have to. I drive tractor trailer and needed a delivery to a parking lot at the coliseum. I ordered over $60.00 in food and wanted a delivery at the coliseum in parking lot. I called the location and talked to a man to make sure that they would deliver and was told yes and that the driver would call as he was delivering. I explained exactly where I was including the pole I was parked beside. I made sure that they had the color of my truck and my phone number. I proceeded with the order at 4:30pm. At 6pm as I was tracking it shows as delivered ?????? Where was it delivered because it wasn’t to me. The picture taken from the inside of the delivery car showed a walkway and nothing else. I walked up to the area I was at and no pizza. I asked a couple of workers if they had seen it and they had not and showed the picture to see where it might be. The worker told me that it was taken to entrance so I walked to the area that was in the picture and no pizza and no one there. I walked back to the truck and called the location and explained the outcome. The young lady was trying to help and said she asked the manager and they would refund me or redo the order. I should have said refund me but I chose to have the order redone. The young lady took all my information once again. This was about 6:15pm. At 7:45pm I called to ask where the delivery was and the young lady said it just left and should be about 20-25 minutes as they had another delivery to make. At 8:30pm I called once again and explained and the young lady said I’m sorry but we don’t delivery to trucks ? Huh …… I told her that you attempted to once and even reordered and took all my info to deliver again and said it was on its way. She put me on hold and after 15minuted I hung up and called the extension for manager. Someone answered and would not give me his name. I explained to him what happened and he said I’ll put you on a brief hold while I find out. Well a brief hold to me is 5-8 minutes and how big is this place ? I was on hold for 45 minutes and hung up and called back. The young lady answered and told her I was on hold for 45 minutes and she put me on hold again for 20 minutes. Hung up called back and said I wanted a refund and she said manager is to busy. She then hung up on me so I called back. I will NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. I tried to access Papa Johns site to file a complaint which is almost impossible

They should place the prices visible to buyers, in the food area. I don't know if the people at the till charge what they want, I bought 3 asada tacos and 1 horchata water, I ordered it to go and paid $22. How much do your tacos cost? 6$?

This location is rude and disrespectful. I have gotten into altercations with the night shift manager sooooo many times and NOTHING to be done yet. I have given so much grace due to low staff and tipped extremley well for my food to be delivered to the wrong house on SEVERAL occasions and I get it with a broken seal. I avoid ordering if it is the afternoon evenings I only order from them during the morning shift the lady is super sweet. They really need to get management at night out the door.

I went to the store, tried to order & was told to go online... Then the guy walked off & left me there with an attitude. I waited for him to come back ONLY because my son & I wanted to try the latest and greatest menu item. This guy comes back, asks me what I want ( just like that), and then puts my order into the computer (hadn't wiped/ washed his hands). Then, he proceeds to dig in his hair, wipes his hands on his shirt, places my order and then goes DIRECTLY over to the dough with those SAME, DIRTY, UNWASHED hands that were just typing on the computer (that everyone was using) & that he was just digging in his hair with.... NO THANK YOU! I was like, May I PLEASE speak to your manager. She was very nice, but clearly has no protocols in place for sanitation. The computer was loaded with flour, which means that this was probably a regular practice. Next time I'll drive all the way to Summerville or some other location to satisfy my craving. Please do better, you are serving humans, not animals.
