I had an awful experience at this place. The staff lacked professionalism and their service was terrible. After being given two different waiting times for a mobile order that I had placed 20 minutes earlier, I became extremely frustrated and decided to leave my deep-dish pizza behind. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this location to anyone.

The tall black lady with the long braids mixed with light purple is absolutely amazing at her job!! Excellent people skills and was just excellent! I think he was the manager. If I ever opened a business that is the kind of employee I would hire and promote!!!

Went to drive thru on Ashley Phosphate. Sat 20 minutes to place my order. 2 items 1 pepperoni and 1 ICB. Hot and ready hours. 5:20. I had to pullover and wait. I waited 56 minutes. There were 9 cars waiting behind me. I had to get out of the car and try to get my order. Waited 21 more minutes. So unorganized and no manager. Never going back there ever. It was a Saturday night. They should have been more prepared!!! ???

Normally I use the app so when I get there I go through the drive-thru and get my pizza and go but this last time I waited 30 minutes in the Drive-Thru line to get my food and there where only three cars in front of me. I feel there is no sense of urgency to get the customers in and out fast enough. And when tracking my order no one updated the steps as it went through the process. But on the other hand the food is good for the price.

Just left on 4/2 at 859. It seems they only had 4 people working there. 1 kn drive thru, one in the front and 2 in the back. I placed a order at 8 and the app said it will be ready at 823. When i arrive the line was super long but i decided to wait. The gentleman at the drive thru Anthony was very nice, courteous and was sure to let me know be would be with me shortly. Waited another 5 long minutes and he finally let me know my order wasnt ready and that he would personally bring my food out to me. I was hesitant about this because a car in front of me waited so long they ended up gojng in and getting their foood. Rest assured Anthony lived up to his promise and hand delivered it to me. The only downside to the crazy puffs is that the pepperoni was on the outside of the puff when in all photos its on the inside. May need to have someone come retrain them. Overall i will only be back if anthony is work next Tuesday around the same time!

The doors are always locked after 10. We sit here waiting for an hour through the drive thru just to get told to cancel our order. Would not ever recommend going here fr. Workers do nothing but goof off, not worth it.
All I ordered was a slices and sticks pizza, cashier said my order would be ready in 10 minutes, the place wasn’t even that busy and I saw people getting their pizzas after I ordered, and I was waiting for almost a hour and I even told the cashier to hurry up with my order. They did give me a free drink after the wait but I’m not going here again after wasting my time.
