Awesome food. Awesome place. Pretty sure the server was drunk, but she was extremely helpful. Next time I'm getting a whole chicken, maduros, and string beans.

So rude! My mom, toddler and I drove all the way out here excited to eat some South American food, but as soon as we walked in...we were not greeted, instead looked over. When I I asked for a high chair, an older man, rudely said they only had one and this is a at not a kids place...it's a bar!!! Me and another mom that was there with her fam were caught off guard. He was very rude and we decided to quickly leave. From the reviews, Mario's may be worth the drive!

Best Peruvian chicken in Charleston. Very friendly! And always helpful. Great selection of sides.

I really wanted to like this place. The place had the Peruvian chicken smell but not the taste. Also it's a Peruvian name but they only have Peruvian chicken that doesn't taste like Peruvian chicken. No yucca. Rice was mushy and the red beans had two jalepeno tops with stems. The only thing that tasted anywhere near ethnic was the Inca cola. Be better.

Well you better get your chick on cause it's great! Thanks for staying open and feeding us!

I’m a black American so I don’t know what real Peruvian food is but I do know the chicken here is better than the so call real Peruvian restaurants In Charleston. The rice and greens beans are also better flavor wise! Yes, I’ve tried them all and this place by far is better. You will be a fool not to come try this place.
