Took my daughter to lunch. Shay took our order, brought us our food, refilled drinks and still managed to keep everyone else happy as well. She was working completely alone and still managed to clear our table even though there was a station for customers to leave their dishes and trash. The food (I had the Reuben) was superb.

Me and a friend went for lunch Saturday March 2, 2024 And we had the pleasure to come across Ms. Shay. Even though she was the only one up front and it was busy she had a positive attitude and a smile on her face. She spoke to everyone so kindly. You can tell her goal was to make sure everyone's experience today was a great as can be. She truly is someone that you want working for you.

Zero Stars. Save yourself and do NOT go here unless you want to be treated like garbage. I’ve never in my life had such a horrific experience. I waited 45 minutes for my food while the rest of my party who ordered after me got theirs. Went up to ask for my food or a refund and the manager was beyond nasty to me as if I did something wrong. I got no food and no refund. I will never forget this experience or how I was treated.

Wish I could give zero stars. Absolutely the worst McAlisters I've ever been to. Maybe the worst customer service I've ever seen. The manager is a complete fool and acted as such. SO rude. Yelling at her employees, ignoring customers. Absolutely disgusting. Bathroom was even worse.

I came here on Jan 2nd 2024. My husband and I ordered Jalapeño Turkey Crunch and Spicy Turkey Melt, BBQ spud, ham Spud, Ceasar Salad, Side Mac and cheese, and Chili. I can’t remember the ladies name, but I remember a man named Stan who cooked that day( I think) Service was quick and awesome and efficient. I can’t express the amount of this has always been a favorite of mine, but now it’s like my all time favorites, above all else! Everything was warm and just absolutely amazing!!!! I would 1000 recommend. We ate a lot of food, but we didn’t feel gross, we felt like a healthy bloated. Honorable mention to the Jalapeño turkey crunch, it melts in your mouth. And the salad is literally perfect!!!

I ordered Mac and cheese on doordash. It used to be so good so I was looking forward to it. What I received was literal slop. It didn't even look like Mac and cheese. It was dry and crunchy with gunky cheese in it. Nothing like the picture which is what I was always used to it being like. I've been sick and hadn't eaten in a day and that was my go to back when I had covid so I decided to order some. I was of course incredibly disappointed. I called to let them know how bad the quality was. I was as nice as possible because I hate being someone who calls and complains, but it was really that bad that I couldn't believe they were serving it. I nicely asked if there was a manager I could speak to and the girl just put the phone down without saying anything. Moments later a manager answered. I explained the situation and that I understood they can't refund me since it was through doordash, but that the quality was just really bad. She just said sorry and that I'll have to contact doordash for a refund. I then said that the person who answered the phone was a bit rude for not saying anything and just putting the phone down. She then met me with excuses about how they are short staffed and had been there since the morning. I explained that I understand but I also work in customer service and that you just can't really do that. Then she finally said she will talk to her, which I'm not convinced about. I've worked in customer service for ten years and the manager did everything you're not supposed to do when a customer makes a complaint. Throughout all of this awful experience I still remained kind in my approach, and towards the end of the conversation the manager started speaking to me in that sickeningly sweet, condescending voice as if she was the one being inconvenienced instead of me. I'm sorry they are short staffed but I'm a customer and I gave their store free money because I got slop and no refund from doordash. I didn't do anything wrong and didn't deserve to be treated like that. That girl is not mature enough to be a manager. After talking to her and the other employee it was clear why the food was so low quality because they clearly don't care. If it bothers you so much to get a simple complaint then quality check your food before serving it. I wouldn't have left this review if it wasn't for how nasty they were to me. I would suggest spending your money somewhere better or at least only eat there so when it comes out gross you can get your money back.

We had a group of three for lunch, they stopped taking orders after two of us ordered so we asked for a refund since we all couldn't eat. Over twenty minutes later the manger called corporate to figure out how to get our money back....needless to say we will not be back.
