Went through drive thru this morning at the location on 5950 rivers ave in North Charleston,SC and received the worse treatment from an older lady that was serving the orders. When I asked her why she was giving me a biscuit sandwich instead of a biscuits and gravy I had ordered, she slammed the window door in my face.

Ownership needs to have more oversight. Once 8:30pm hits, they close the inside and start doing one drive through order at a time, forcing you to stay for 30mins or leave. They do this because they actually would rather you leave, they don’t want to work. This causes a poor experience and lots of lost money for the
