We’ve been to this location several times before but tonight will be the last. We went in just to get some queso and chips as a late night snack. 3 people behind the bar and one party in front of us. Took 2 people 10 min and a reminder to finish filling our cheese. Then they passed it down to the register where we waited 15 more, asking several times if we could check out and leave and were ignored. Would have just been annoying but we watched as two staff members got in an argument over serving under cooked food. Food they checked was under cooked with the visibly dirty thermometer off the fumes hood. And still tried to put on the bar to serve. It felt like it was going to be a one way trip to food poisoning if we ever actually got our cheese so we left. Watching staff cross contaminate repeatedly. No one changing gloves. I don’t usually expect a lot of fast casual food options but bare minimum food safety didn’t feel like it was being met. Eating here is at your own risk.

This is the first time in months I have been at this moes and it has gone smoothly. Not sure what changed but they need to keep up what they did tonight.
Went to this location tonight. Arrived at 730. 4 employees and only one (Brittany) working while the other 3 were more focused on cleaning and closing a restaurant that was still open for another 2.5 hours. It took over 20 minutes to get our 3 orders and checked out. Brittany was very pleasant and did her best but unfortunately none of the other girls were helping her and very nasty towards her not rushing to close. They took all the sauces. One was literally working the grill and left both of the quesadillas just sitting on the counter. Brittany worked the meat, veggie, grill, and checked out. We were the only ones in the establishment. While eating others came in while yet again none of the employees helped and continued to put of food that was needed to make meals because they “werent working past 1020” place really needs to declutter and hire more professional people who are customer friendly and welcoming.

I place an online order at 9 am to be delivered at 5 to a sick friend. She ended up in the hospital so I called to cancel the order. Tried for an hour and got no answer. Could not leave a message because voicemail was full. Poor customer service!

Cold, hard chips make for a disappointment. The food was good, but hot, crunchy chips would have made it better.
Just didn't seem as flavorful as before, but it was not horrible. The service was great!!!

Always a great experience at Moe's! I enjoyed every bit of that Burrito! I loaded it with all the ingredients I like, and it was delicious! When I checked out, the lady taking care of me was like, "This is the biggest burrito I have ever seen made here!" I was really?? ?? I mean, I'm a big guy ?

The employee was nice. We got 2 entrees. The ground beef on one had two very long hairs in it. The whole place is very run down. It really needs deep cleaning. We hadn't visited a moes in several years and probably won't again.

Friendly people. Filthy bathrooms. Dirty location that doesn’t look clean. Meat was room temperature. Food bins have old food hanging down everywhere. Appreciate the friendliness, but cleanliness is just as important.
