Wonton strips with egg drop soup super stale…could not enjoy my soup so I just did not eat it. Offered me more but the others were stale as well…They need to switch to prepackaged strips like the other Chinese restaurants, if they can’t make them fresh.

I ordered house fried rice that only had 4 bits of chicken, 3 salad shrimp and 3 pieces of shrimp and the rice was sour. They wrapped the food up so tight so that let me know that they knew. I give them zero stars.

Ocean City Chinese restaurant is my go to for take out Chinese food. I think it’s the best in the city. The people that work there are always very friendly to me and sometimes know what I want before I even order. I go there to often I guess lol. In the mood for Chinese food Ocean City is the place to go.

I literally just called there at 8 pm on April 29, 2023 and the lady who answered the phone started screaming at me. I told her I wanted to know the name of a menu item. She kept asking if I wanted chicken or shrimp. When I said no I needed to know the name of an item before I decide she literally began screaming at me. I told her several times that I could hear her but she was screaming so loud I told I could not understand her because she was yelling so she hung up. If this is the customer service they are providing I will spend my money somewhere else.

I gave it a three star because the General tso’s chicken didn’t taste like the typical general tso chicken I’ve had in the past. The chicken has this weird taste to it and it wasn’t quite good; not only that, some pieces are hot and some were cold. The egg drop soup was good and the sugar donuts were also super delicious!
Food was bland, felt rushed ordering being that we are outside talking thru a window, small box to pay, then another box to get the food. Not sure if I’ll be back here. :/

been going here for years, after my experience tonight I will never order from them again. The original owners were gems. The current ownership does not care about the customer experience. 2x in the last week 1/2 they have forgot part of our order. We called them and they asked us to come back and pick it up, which we did then say to us " I not give it to you free" we never asked for free food, they made the mistake own up to it. We spend over $75.00 there every time we order which is once a week. They are very over priced and now very rude. We support local businesses but this one we will no longer support.

If you eat here I pretty much just eat anything or you don't know real Chinese food. Long story short ordered three entrees and the chicken was not fresh, rib tips was old and dried. Customer service was good though long wait.
