I get an everything bagel with vege cream cheese. They stopped carrying vegetable cream cheese. I made do with onion cream cheese. Today I was told they don't carry onion cream cheese anymore either. So due to Panera's poor business decision, I won't be back. Keep your plain cream cheese. Your not the only bagel store in town. Most people won't tell you, they will just stop coming to shop at Panera. Bye

Very poor experience today (3/24/2024). From walking in the store to unboxing the sandwich’s. $60 for poorly made food that was literally thrown in to the bag by rude and unprofessional employees. They gave the wrong sandwich’s for the order. We will not be ordering from this location again. I highly recommend finding another Panera bread to go to.

This place goes above and beyond for you! No attitudes, just understanding of the fact that I have a serious addiction to their cinnamon crunch bagel breakfast sandwich lol ? I've been getting it like 5 days out the week for a few weeks now. Anyways, this morning they figured out a way to make my bagel....even when sold out. I go usually at 6am and the staff is great and the staff now, at 10am, are really great too! Thanks yall! I appreciate yous ❤️

Fast friendly service with a smile.I ordered the Greek yogurt with granola, honey and mixed berries.This is a quick healthy option in the morning time. However the last 2 drive through orders I had the cup was barely 1/2 fill as you can see in the photos.

Always one of my favorite places. I love the lattes and the Chipotle avocado chicken sandwich!I was disappointed on the last visit at a much higher price than normal. Yet no one could explain why. Even saying the prices had probably changed but the menu hadn't been updated. This was disappointing that there was no apology or actual answer.

Shut this place down! I keep going thinking service will improve. Every time I come here there is an issue with my order. Like how hard it to make a bagel and latte. Today I received my HOT latte COLD. I order in the app while pulling in the drive thru. Sat there for a min before being told the drive thru was closed. Went in to get my order though t it was strange the cup was not hot went to take a sip and it was like it was sitting there for an hour. Didn’t have time to go back as I was already late to work due to their short staff. Wouldn’t bring my dog here

Location looks small from the outside, but is actually big. Location is not ideal. Only 3 customer inside for a rush hour. But since its Panera, wether its Jersey, NY, FL, SC, the food is always great.

Will literally never eat at this Panera. Atmosphere was basically a bunch of kids. I had to repeat myself 4 or 5x and the girl still got it wrong. They were playing and joking in front of the clients - food was cold and sloppy. Do not recommend. The rating for this location basically says it all. ??♀️
