I’m writing this review because this is the second time that I have gone to this Popeyes on Dorchester Road and had to return due to not getting everything I paid for or the food was of poor quality. This visit I did not receive the correct order and I was missing items. Management has to take in account when a consumer has to return due their errors it cost the consumer in time and money (gas)because I had to drive there twice due to no fault of my own. It is obvious that training is a problem. Because the manager kept telling me what the cashier should have done but didn’t. If enough people stop going there then maybe they will get their act together and give us better service and a quality product.I know I won’t be returning there ever!!!They need to take a tip from Chick-fil-A who has the best service ever!!!

The food is great, but the staff is so slow. I had to wait at the counter for 20 minutes for someone to even look at me when I ordered online and am just here to pick it up. Then, I have to stand there another 20 minutes while they put it together. And the drive thru is just as slow, at least you can sit down for that...

I don’t usually do this but this is ridiculous. The young lady at the counter had long hair just flying all over the place. Then she was fixing food without gloves and taking money. In addition, the dining room was filthy. There were no customers in the dining room. It would be understandable if they were busy but that was not the case. Won’t be coming back to this one again.
