If you call yourself a fan of mexican and haven't been here, you better fix that. This place is a 5 star experience if I've ever seen one! My mom and I went to lunch here towards the end of their lunch hours, and everything about this place was a 10/10. Food quality stands out for sure, really unique tasty mexican food, tier above a lot of places in charleston that I also love. Service was amazing and very insightful, space inside was pretty cool as well. Pricing is really good for how high quality it is as well. Lunch is just tacos, burritos, simple quisine. Dinner is coursed, and they have insanely cool events that I will definitely be returning for.

This is where I spent $30 on two tacos, a small side of rice and beans, bottled water, plus chips and really good guacamole that could’ve used a bit more lime. The chicken in the tacos needed more seasoning, though. Instead of regular chips, they served tostadas with the guacamole, which was a bit odd to me, especially since the chips and guacamole alone were $8. To be honest, it felt pricey for what I got. On the upside, the service was friendly.(Turn on the A/C, it’s getting hot)

This place is the real deal. We’ve been eating Raul’s food all the way back to a pop-up at Folly Beach some 15-20 years ago. Never disappoints! Straightforward, counter-centric: it has an authentic, easy going vibe. Sunday brunch is not to be missed. Pick anything on the board, it will be great!

Some of the best tacos I’ve had in Charleston! Street corn was also excellent. Raul, the owner, is very nice and friendly! Highly recommend this place.

Charleston's hidden gem! We tried the seafood night 5 course menu and thought each dish was spectacular. So much flavor! The pictures don't do the food justice. Raul and Tim were lovely hosts. The ambiance was cozy and relaxed. Can't wait to visit again.

Not fancy or exotic, just delicious. It's a small joint, maybe a little hard to find, but well worth the search.Carne asada quesadilla, grilled and seasoned just right. Tacos al pastor, nicely zingy. Will definitely add this as a regular lunch stop.

Wonderful little spot!!! The food is amazingly delicious and the staff are super friendly. I highly recommend grabbing lunch here when you have the chance! This is the first restaurant in the US I have found that had sweet tamales! I haven't found those at a restaurant since I went to Mexico many many years ago!

AMAZING Flavors. Our new favorite place! In love with the empanadas in mole, the layers of flavor in the summer salad, and Tres Leches. Raul and Tim are wonderful hosts.
