I giant organized chaos of a warehouse with prices that are higher than HomeGoods, TJ Maxx and Marshall's, but the selection is huge. It kind of reminds me of a bloated Big Lots. While the selection was good and there were name brand items, it seemed like mostly cheaply made home decor that is overpriced. And the shelves were pretty messy so it was hard to find things. My mom was looking for a rug and they use a bin system but very few of the rugs were where they were supposed to be. We had to look through all of the bins to find her rug. I did buy some Pyrex bowls and a measuring cup. I looked at outdoor furniture but didn't really see anything I'd buy. They did have a bunch of cushions and pillows so if I were in the market for those items I'd probably buy from here.

the store is cleaned and organized but every time I come in there looking for something that their website states is in stock I am told it's inn the back not put away yet I go back after several days I am told again that inventory is still not put away maybe hire more staff I am unsure

Great, clean and organized. A large portion of the items they had were on display and their Christmas section is just wonderful! 10/10 would recommend for home decor. The quality of the items were great for the prices, which were all very fair in my personal opinion. The employees were very kind and helpful with products and questions.

I recently purchased a recliner. It was clearly told to me and I understood that I had 24 hours to return or exchange My purchase. I didn't even have the chair in my home a couple of hours got home from work and realized that the chair is not what I thought it was in the store and wanted to exchange it for another chair, and I was told that I could not, that all sales are final. I was not wanting a refund. I was just wanting to exchange the chair as I have back problems and sciatica and sometimes you just don't get the feel of a piece of furniture until you get it in your home and use it like you would normally. I just thought that was very poor customer service. The service inside the store was peccable After the sale, not so much. oh and the 24 hour starts on the time of purchase not from the time that you actually pick it up. That does not make for good customer satisfaction.

Take out only - not the best location. I ordered #31, Ma Po Tofu ($8.90) and I asked for extra spicy. I confirmed their recipe does not use pork. The portion was huge, but it was without question the worst Chinese food I have ever eaten. They used frozen peas and carrots and did not use ginger to spice the dish (tasted like they may have used black pepper). The sauce was gloppy and largely flavorless. I ate maybe 1/4 to be sure it was as bad as I thought then tossed it into the trash. I am giving 1 star because the tofu was properly cubed and cooked.

I just walked out of your store in North Charleston, South Carolina leaving behind over $100 worth of goods. I spent over an hour shopping for a vanity only to find out that your store had marked it incorrectly. Rather than honor the price that was on it, the manager, Jessica, allowed me to walk out without purchasing anything. I will never be back and I plan to go to EVERY social media outlet to let the public know how bad your service is. I have spent 1000's in your store.
This is like a mega tricked out super Christmas Tree Shop...except with more items you want to leave with rather than leave on the displays. If you can't find something here to soothe your shopaholic home-decorator soul, something is wrong with you. Every color palate, decor taste, whimsical item you might think of? They probably have six different things to choose from. Trees and foliage, furniture, storage, tableware, table scapes, flatware, bedding, lamps, wall art. And to think of all the online purchases I've made that have helped to fund another vacation home for Jeff Bezos! Money that I could have been giving to the good folks @ At Home.. Every time I go in I find myself wondering if I actually need to re-do the office or if we would rather eat with champagne colored forks after all. I swear all this place needs is a food court, some power tools for rent and a Sheetrock/ship lap section and you've got yourself an all day HGTV-inspired extravaganza.

This place has it all! If you are interior decorating then look no further. This was the first time I've stepped into this place. Immediately when I walked in I realized this is the store where you find all of the cool mom home decorations. Cutting boards that look like they are from a farm, giant letters half the size of my body made from all different types of materials, old lanterns, stylish clocks, the list for on and on. I spent roughly one hour just checking out this massive store. When I say they have everything, I mean wine glass decorations to life size motion sensing dragons for Halloween. You cant go wrong if you are looking for a place to spice up your home.

Not real happy with the store or it's manager in North Charleston. Received coupons in the mail and when redeeming them was told they were already redeemed. Fishy since they were in my hand. The manager would not give us credit for the coupons.

At Home makes me happy! I could easily spend my entire check in this store, however, I have a little self control. The store is huge and I love browsing around. It's well organized and the layout makes it easy to find the department you need. The prices are fair. They always carry a great selection of holiday items and decor so this is the perfect spot to come if you can't find what you need elsewhere. It can be difficult to find an associate. Luckily, I didn't need assistance. When I did see an associate, he walked right by without speaking...a few times. Overall, a great place to find home decor.
