This place is EVERYTHING you heard about! Phenomenal bagels! I ordered a simple everything bagel w cream cheese...will be back for the bfast sandwich. There was a very long line, but I wasn't surprised in the least. This place lives up to the hype for sure!
I read some reviews before going here, and I almost changed my mind and didn't go. There were a great many reviews about the staff , and how rude they were. But, I was greatly impressed with the young man that took my order. Very nice and professional. Great food, great staff. Would highly recommend.

wanted to give a quick shout out to the wonderful girl at the counter! she overheard my conversation with my friend and boyfriend about being from out of town and wanting to try so many of the bagels. she graciously packed 4 additional bagels for us to try out and was extra pleasant in ringing us up. that kind of sweet gesture should be recognized and we will definitely come back for bagels when we’re in town again. also, the bagels and cream cheeses are delicious!
