I have eaten here many of times and never experienced what I did this past weekend. The Manager there was very dismissive and rude claiming that we were not inside the building the time of my reservation that was made a week prior for my birthday even though we were just waiting outside due to the lobby being packed. Other people were being seated before us before though we had an earlier reservation. Other than the manager being rude, our chef was amazing and the waiter was so sweet. The food was also great!

I was very disappointed with the service at this Sake House the whole experience felt rushed like I was on a time trial at dinner the chef was not friendly or welcoming at all he definitely wasn’t excited to be there. I believe his energy started to rub off on the customers the food was under seasoned an very slim on the servings I will recommend a different hibachi spot that has better food and service. I do not plan to return to this restaurant it left a bad taste in my mouth literally check the reviews please before dining here

Sent my wife in to get some Sushi and after watching several white customers walk in nearly 20 minutes after her, I found out she never even got a greeting. A white family walked in with a dog and was seated and served before anyone even said hello to us. There were no other customers seated when my wife went in and still, she was ignored. The service here is terrible.

Sat at the bar patiently for almost 15 minutes being ignored just to watch a group of people come in with a DOG and get seated with a server approaching them almost immediately. I don’t need to say more, if you know, you know.
