I would give them a negative number if I could!! My son needed a queen mattress, and when we got home we realized that it was a king mattress in a queen box. We went back (35 mile drive one way) they had to return it and refund the money and then buy another one. We got home again and it was the same issue. We went back the next day because they were closed and I explained the situation to a manager. I asked her if we could look at the mattress tag to make sure it was a queen before we left in order to save another trip, she said yes. Another manager, named Lorri, came up and told me that I had to purchase it before I could open it (after we started to look for the tag without getting it completely out of the plastic) so I asked her if I had to spend $654 every time just to get it refunded back if it was wrong, she said yes. I walked over to the cash register to pay again and she said something smart under her breath as we were walking off. We asked her what it was and she said they can't have a thousand mattresses laid out in the floor. We asked for her manager and she said she would get her but she'd tell me the same thing. Which she did not, she apologized for her behavior. I walked straight over to customer service, cancelled my membership and came straight to Costco. I will never step foot in Sam's again. Do better, Sam's, your customers deserves better!!

I've been a Sam's Club member for years. This location made me choose not to renew and move to Costco. Endless problems working with this store, from placing orders online that never seem to make it to the store, rude or otherwise clueless staff, even the drink machine in the cafe is almost always out of nearly every drink. I've never had so many consistent issues at another location, but it's just not worth dealing with the nonsense anymore.

Corporate should shut it down the Sam’s quality is gone… it’s run down drinks are always out of service and they are always Lacking or ran out of things and it’s starting to look unsanitary… need new management or something to bring back Sam’s reputation….

Sams club is definitely my go to place for all things buying in stock and gas! They have great deals especially scan and go offers which are the best. You can easily save four dollars or more on special items. There's currently some renovation happening by the bakery section and all those items such as the bread/rolls are closer to the frozen section. Gas is usually about 5-10 cents cheaper than my nearest gasoline station which is an absolute plus. The only downside of this place is that certain items will be at the club and then suddenly go away for months on end which is a bit frustrating. However, everything else is pretty great!

Normally I'd say they are ok for a slice of pizza or hot dog, but they no longer have supreme pizza and the only condiments fo hot dogs are ketchup and sour kruat.

I'm a plus member and I also have a business delivery is supposed to be free for plus members for this whole year I've been being charge eight dollars delivery fee sometimes what I order shows up sometimes it don't then I'm on the phone for two hours or more trying to get this resolved no one answers the phone at the store managers don't call you back they don't care about their members. I'm done shopping here and I will be canceling my card and going to Costco.

Nice Sam's location, generally very clean and orderly, with a good selection of merchandise and food items. Some items change seasonally or based on what the company can get. Got some very comfy Sketchers walking shoes recently at a great price. Just never know what deals you might find. Always a good selection of food items, including frozen foods and produce. As with most (all?) Sam's they have some prepared foods (i.e. hotdogs, ice cream, pizza) available up front. Plenty of parking available and located next to a Walmart in case you need some items not at Sam's. They have a tire center, but don't think they do any other auto services. The Walmart next door does more.

Meh. We picked up a membership from a Groupon deal. They started off strong in store with great prices on grills and nice Gamecock gear but it went downhill from there. The quality of the food and upkeep while people shop are lacking. The prepared foods and meats look pretty gross and there were empty boxes flung around the display cases because no one is reorganizing as people shop. You can find good deals but for the most part the food is highly processed brands; I try to buy healthier options and Sam's doesn't offer much of that. We will find a few things to make the membership worthwhile but won't be renewing after the year is up.

One of the coolest things about Sam's is the tire department - when you purchase your tires through them, you get complimentary tire rotations + balance (takes about a 2.5 hour wait), patch/plug if needed, roadside assistance for the lifetime of the tires. The tire department is busy so scheduling ahead of time is a must. The pharmacy has some stellar pricings as well and their health section has some unique shampoos, lotions, deodorant, etc. I heard you do not need a membership to use the pharmacy it may just be a drive for some folks and the hours a little later for non-members. I like how the aisles list what you'll find in that section vs at Costco it's a guessing game which is a helpful tactic to spend more by walking each aisle lol Be aware of the scanning, sometimes the cashier will double scan or forget something so that's another 10 minutes of waiting in line at the customer service counter. In essence, make sure you don't have places to be or a work shift later when you make a trip to sams. The best thing would be to order online to save time which has free shipping but not all items are available online and vice versa. Be mindful of their "scan and go" sale tactic - not all advertised prices are as is, you'll need to do an extra step to obtain some sale pricings. For folks looking to get a membership for the first time: I've seen deals on Groupon posted so that could be something for folks to look into.

Legit would go here just for the pizza and drink combo that stays only $2.50, pretzels for only $1, drinks for 89 cents. Demolished everything. Bang for the buck for sure!

Mrs. Jenny’s customer service is superb! We just left the store and my kids are still talking about their interaction with her. She definitely went ABOVE and BEYOND! I sincerely appreciate her thoughtfulness and amazing customer service. ❤️❤️ “Expect something special” is an understatement, she left us speechless. I pray that she is blessed tenfold!

It's a members only huge warehouse that you can purchase items in bulk. I don't have a card because I don't need or have the room to store a 75 lb bag of sugar or a package with 45 rolls of paper towels!!! I did however go to this Sam's Club location the last two months with a co-worker to stock up on items we needed to host live events at our former office. The first time we went there in April it was a week day before Easter and you would have thought they were giving stuff away. It was soooooooo crowded!!! This month it wasn't nearly as bad. If you have a large family or a large pantry to store food or supplies in bulk, Sam's Club is the place for you!!!!
