Your website should not accept online orders if you're closed. I placed a 76$ order for a pick up time after you opened and then the order was canceled because it was placed while you were closed and the 76$ was still taken out of my account with a 3-5 business day reimbursement. Would have loved to try you but the website issue is bs and cost you losing a potentially loyal customer.

Disappointed and disgusted with this place. I’ve always ordered here but no longer after tonight. After placing an order at 8:25 PM, I was told it’ll take an hour and half for one pizza (that was fine, I understood). It was well over an hour and half so I contacted the them and I was told my ticket was lost and they had to remake the pizza and it’ll take 10 minutes (well, I knew that was a lie). I was offered other items on the menu for a discounted price but I refused as I just wanted what I ordered; the restaurant was almost closed at that point (9:55 PM). Another 30 minutes goes by and I called back hoping someone would answer and they did. Recognizing my number, a guy answered and said the delivery driver was 5 minutes away. Another 20 minutes goes by and no one answered but the delivery guy finally shows with a greasy and soggy pizza that cannot be eaten… I will never order here again. Horrible experience.

Waiting for my order for two hours and called. I was told it was delivered. It was not. They called back and the driver left without it. Also said their all of their wings went bad and it would be two more hours to smoke new ones. Really unbelievable. They couldn't tell me when my order would be delivered because the delivery guy was still out. Asked for a refund and was told it would be 3 to 5 business days. They have just started delivery back. Not a very good start.

It's no frills pizza. Good price, but I would willingly pay more for better pizza. Ours had huge voids from dough bubbles, couple of slices were just bread & sauce, no toppings.

I dont leave reviews often but this place is hands down one of the friendliest pizza spots ive been to, and one upped even that with the best pizza ive ever had. Ive been offered homemade hot sauce just by making friendly conversation, they let me be quirky with my order name, and that ol boy Zion hooked me up with some ghost pepper hot sauce (Layed it on a bit light tho, ol boy was probably lookin out for me thinkin I couldnt take it ?). Still, was so good it brought me to tears. Definitely coming back whenever im in the mood for pizza

So we order from here and get ready for the best pizza. Unless you order online. If you do that it will be the best after 2 hours. There have been multiple occasions that they deliver to the wrong house or just outright not get the order. I mean the pizza is good and all but not worth an over 2 hour wait. And when you do finally get it don't be surprised when you're missing 25% of the order.

Best Pizza in Charleston!! I moved here from Pennsylvania and was having a hard time finding a very good pizza. They are great here. My wife and I love the barbecue chicken pizza and the country fried pizza might be the best ‘deep dish’ we’ve ever had. Try them out!!

We ordered pizza and cheesy bread. Dough is made daily and was very fresh. Highly recommend these guys. We tried them on our visit to Charleston.
This place surprised me! My grandmother told me about this place and i doubted them instantly, but boy did i eat my words or what lol!! Cheese bread is to die for, pizza is delicious, whenever i do delivery it's always a lot less time than they estimate for me. HOWEVER... i did USED to order the chicken Parmesan sub but it was too sloppy to eat every time. Kept falling apart and i hate messes when i eat so I definitely stopped ordering that. It's good, just wish they would be more careful sometimes when cooking the food i guess. Other than that, this is a hidden gem!

I liked the cheesy bread more than the NY style pizza! The chocolate chip cookies were so delicious! I couldn’t help saying yum while I was eating one!

I can't say how the food tastes because they lost my in person order. Good thing I went shopping at a legitimate business during the 30 minute wait for my nonexistent pizza. The children working here are polite, but incompetent. They definitely could benefit from adult supervision. I won't be back.

We ordered the EBA pizza without green peppers & jalapenos on there hand tossed just want to thank you guys it what's delicious. One of the best pizzas we've had in a long time . Thank you you guys rock.

We are staying at the Fairfield inn. We called to see if they delivered and the young man that answered didn’t know and asked us for an address. We don’t know the address we don’t live here. When we told him that he hung up on us. When we called back with the address we didn’t even get the time to give it and he hung up again. We tried to call back and no one would pick up. So I called off my number and talk to the General Manager and he was no help at all. He was taking his employee side and it was all very unprofessional. I will never order from them when we visit here. Don’t waste ur time or ur money go down the street.
