I went to the North Woods Mall today. While there, I decided to get something to eat at the food court. Decided on Sbarro's pizza. Haven't had Sbarro's pizza in years. Had the thin crust, cheese pizza. Just like I remember delicious! I would recommend Sbarro's.

Many years ago, the food at this restaurant was really good. Now, not so much. The quality of the food is not good; in my opinion. In my opinion, the owner is trying to stretch the ingredients because the dough on the crust is much thinner, the amount of cheese is a lot less, the Zita that was once great seems to lack a lot of the best ingredients that made it great in the past, and only one or two of the employees offer good customer service. If I could give less than one star, I would.....All in my opinion of course.

The customer service skills of the young kids that work there is ridiculous! There's no greet, no manners, no eye contact, nothing. It's a shame to see the worthless work ethic from the younger age group.

Please never come here expecting them to have any of the food you may be looking for. We have been by this location 5-6 times and they have had what we were looking for ONCE. This is us stopping by at lunch, way before the dinner rush. Pretty impressive they consistently are out of the main menu options and instead are left with bizzaro pizzas and spinach strombolis every time. Please do not give this location your business, they are too lazy to hire more workers and never carry any of the main items no matter what time of day you come by. It's impressive as much as it is sad. So ridiculous, we will never be stopping by again. Tried so many times and at this point I'll never try again.
