I never write reviews but this Starbucks deserved one. I told them I was having a terrible week and asked the barista to write a joke on my cup and it made my day! His co-workers were also so kind to me at the window. Wish I would have gotten their names!
Skipped over my order. Drive Thru is priority. Explained to the girl at cash register how I wanted my coffee. Just so they could give it to me plain. Where is Coffee Bean when you need it ?

At 9:30 I arrived without pre- ordering my drink. There were about 5 cars ahead of me. The line moved fast, and when I got to the microphone and menu, I was promptly greeted. I regret that I am bad with names, but I believe that the young lady who took my order, took my money, and handed me my drink was new. Someone behind her was reassuring her that she was doing a great job. I agree. She was pleasant and knowledgeable. I recommend the refresher, they are great.
