They had to remake our sandwiches because there too stupid to read the receipt and then didn't even put cheese on one of the sandwiches and I will never be back and I hope It gets shut down because what is wrong with you guys that you can't even read. What's the point of having hours of operation if your not going to work by them. Showed up 30 min before closed with door locked and workers inside telling me they decided to close early.

This store closes when they want to. I arrived at 8:45pm and the door was locked. Short of staff doesn't mean the store closes early. If 1 person is on the clock, they need to serve until 9pm and get overtime if necessary to cleanup and close. But to inconvenience those that are trying to eat "somewhat" healthy, is Unsatisfactory!!! ??

Don’t order online!Placed an order online for pickup. Got back to work and wrap was missing toppings, it was drowned in mayonnaise and there was a black hair mixed in with the ingredients. Called the store for a refund OR a remake and was told that they couldn’t do either because I placed the order online. I was advised to fill out a complaint form on the subway website, which I have done twice and so far have just gotten the generic, auto generated response email about 8 times now. At the end of the day they still have my $11 and I’m still hungry because I got no lunch. This has to be the best scam out there!

This subway is sometimes the best subway in town for some reason. I think the employees really are better higher quality employees than other subways.but they are way under staffed. Ive seen people working alone. Ive seen two people there. but always endless streams of customers. Subway in general needs to pay it's employees more. I always tip but I hate that I have to. Theres a deli next door I will switch to if the employees that I love and appreciate ever leave and are replaced by average subway employees.

No coupons, put of cheese, brown produce, ripped bread, swimming in sauce, no bathroom, and handling money and phones then making sandwiches with the same gloves.

Sub still cold even though it was put in the oven. But the bread tastes super fresh which is nice

No restroom???Driving truck I have a hard time finding a place to get lunch. I always wash my hands before eating but the first time I stopped there was a sign on the door saying no restroom and an employee told me the restroom was broken. So I left to go find somewhere else to eat that I could wash my hands first.Then i went back a week later and still no restroom. I asked the lady how long until the restroom is fixed and she told me they just don't allow anyone in because of covid. You'd think that would be a good reason to have the restroom open so people could wash their hands. She then told me to use the sanitizer on the wall and it was empty lol. So then she gave me a paper towel with soap and water on it. She was nice and the food was good but I ended up having to go find somewhere else so I could properly wash my hands where I wasn't even a customer at.

This place is packed at lunch with walk ups and online orders, but they do a great job of working through all their orders quickly. And everyone is always friendly!
