TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.I waited 5 min after saying "hello?" Because there was nobody at the front. Apparently there was one employee in the back chopping tomatoes that couldn't be bothered to come say hello. They were out of roast beef sandwiches so I asked for a club. Because a club apparently also comes with roast beef, he wouldn't make it either. I even asked if he could just replace what would have been roast beef with turkey or ham and he refused. He could not have cared less to help a single customer and has no business working there. I've never seen such terrible customer service in my life. I'll be calling corporate office as well.

I walked in today and their were 3 employees behind the counter. No one acknowledged my presence. When I asked another person standing there if he had ordered, he said their computers were down and couldn't take any orders. Still nothing from employees.

I've worked at 3 Subways and been to countless ones, this is the worst Subway I've ever been to. 4 employees, 1 customer for the first 10 mins, 20 mins total to get one sandwich, at 12:30pm, bc they were slowly doing prep work that is always finished by 11 anywhere else.
What a great location. Just few minutes from work. Friendly staff.

It was great, we needed 4 sandwiches and there wad only one worker. She made everything correct and had a great attitude while doing it. Obviously the food was great, subway never disappoints. Will definitely be back.

Manager at subway near walmart on rivers avenue. Was honoring my coupon. Bogo free. When he saw the lesser pricr I was being charged, he then said he couldn't charge that little amount and on top of that caused my coupon to expire. I wont be going back there. Penny pincher.SMH

Part of eating here is standing by the station while an employee of the gas station yells “subway†loud enough so the employees in the back can here and comprehend that there is a customer. Then you wait longer for a subway employee to come out and make your sandwich in a manner that makes you feel bad for stopping them from what they were doing in the back. Typically I do not write reviews on businesses and try to have a positive outlook on everywhere that I buy my food. Subway on remount road made looking at a positive experience here very difficult. If you are craving a subway sandwich I recommend going to the Rivers location.
