I tried the Philly sub for the first time and it is actually pretty good the only thing I can suggest is that it needs more meat, sometimes when I was taking a bite it was just bread and cheese because they're not putting enough meat on it. I think they want you to ask for, I think it's the deluxe where they put 50% more meat on it but I shouldn't have to pay extra for a sandwich to taste good so my suggestion to this Subway is throw a little bit more meat on there.

Worst experience I've ever had in my life! Order a pickleball sub with extra bacon. The woman preparing the sub added the meat and raw bacon. Then asks if I want it toasted and I said no. She then slides the sub down and starts adding cheese on top of the uncooked bacon!!! Then asks about the veggies. I asked her if she was going to cook the bacon first. She then removes the cheese and puts the bacon in the microwave. She then asks about the veggies as I look down and see only 4 pieces of cheese on the sub. I point up to the menu board and tell her it's supposed to have double cheese. At this point the old man who is an owner I assume starts to give me grief about letting her know what veggies I want. I again try to communicate with him and her that there should be more cheese on the sub. All the while he begins raising his voice about what veggies. The bacon gets done and is added to the sub as well as the extra cheese that's supposed to come on it. She adds the lettuce and tomatoes and starts to add onions and I tell her no onions. I then ask for pickles and black olives. The old man then starts to raise his voice at me and tells me I can't have any black olives. He says to me that since I pointed to the board and asked for the double cheese like the board says I have to take the sub the way it is on the board. I was astonished and at a loss for words. I then asked him if he was serious to which his reply was an astonishing "Yes". He says that you have to take the sub just as the menu board says in a VERY loud voice.Meanwhile there were 7 other customers in the store with their jaws dropping. I told him to forget the sandwich and walked out. I went to the Firehouse subs just down the road where I got a better tasting and looking sandwich!!I do not complain EVER! ABSOLUTE WORST experience I've ever had in a dining establishment!!!I can't believe that SUBWAY would even allow this man to be an owner operator!He was EXTREMELY rude!! I've had subs from here before and they weren't the best and I believe they use day old bread as well! I say this because a few of the subs I've gotten from here the bread was as hard as a brick!!DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!

I used to love this place.. But I will NEVER step foot in here again! I was called stupid, slow and fat in another language for taking a minute to think of what cheese I wanted! Next time don’t talk about people in a different language because some people are multilingual and CAN understand you!

This place is a joke I ordered 4 salads on Sept 14th through the subway app itself and the order was delivered but not to my address so I reached out to doordash because they delivered 3rd party for subway they told me the driver could not find me and left my food at another apartment so they issue a request to refund but could not approve it since subway was the ones who received my payment so I called 4 days straight to subway morning afternoon night just to reach someone who said they couldn't help me because their not a supervisor and told me to call back at a convenient time lmao here it is almost October and i haven't received my refund of almost $54 and Noone will answer the phone at this location worse customer service everI also emailed customer support about this issue 3x and not response,no call,no nothing

Owner would not let me use the bathroom. Walmart was cleaning there’s and didn’t want to let me in to there bathroom. Next time I will pee on the subways floor in front of them since it was an emergency bathroom. Very disappointed and won’t be coming here in the

Very grumpy guy / owner helping you and doesn't want to add the necessary veggies to your sub. Will to pay extra for it. The response was its was not on the menu. Would it be really hard to add slices of tomatoes to your sub. I'm not asking for a lot. Maybe he had a bad day. Sure won't go back there. Other sub ways have always been helpful and accommodating.

I asked for a bag because I had multiple bottled sodas and the guy said no ?. I don't understand why he would act like that with customers. I guess that's why their was 0 customers aside from me.

We walked into the store and there was a man who had been in the store less than 20 seconds, being extremely rude to the workers behind the counter, and the workers displayed great over all patience, continuing to wish the man a good day, despite the unprovoked harassment, and threatening nature of the crazy jerk. I was very impressed with their composure and they did their best to make sure we had excellent service.Edit July 2023- minus 2 stars because they do not answer their phone during business hours. In fact I got automatically hung up on.
