Disappointed.... not a Taco Bell fan but I was giving the an opportunity to redeem themselves. Feeling like I should have stuck to my guns. I bought 6 soft tacos. Taco where? It was a soft shell with really nothing in it. The lettuce couldn't be seen. There is an upcharge for tomatoes. Just empty... charging $1.99 for a soft shell, soft shell (nothing inside the shell). I walked the same way that I walked in; HUNGRY.

Guy at the drive threw repeated my order to me 3 times and when i got my food, some was still missing. When i went back around to get my missing food the guy says "oh cause i didn't even ring it up" didn't care at all. When they gave me my 5 layer burrito and i opened it up, they had just thrown a soft taco in a burrito shell and threw a massive amount of beans on top which i paid almost $5 for. The laziest group of people ive seen.

Drive through was great. Didn't have no wait when I went there.
It's the worst place ever! As soon as I walked in, people were complaining about the kiosk use only and how 1 was not working right. Place my order at the kiosk 2 large drinks about 10 minutes pass, still no cups, no acknowledgment, no cups, or anything. 1 by 1 I watched them bring customers orders and you could've seen the looks on those customers faces something wasn't right or the wait was too long.after a few more minutes had passed I just left. I definitely won't be back to this TACO BELL.
