The drive through lady(16yr old) threw a cup out the window, almost hitting my car. I cancelled my order due to them not having the items my kids wanted for dinner, so I told the lady we have decided to go somewhere else. Thats when she threw the drink at my car!After speaking with the manager, they withheld the girls name, refused to give me any manger’s, store owners phone number. The young female thought it was funny to throw a drink at someone’s car and for some reason they refuse to do anything about it. They treat customers very poorly and we will be taking our business to the newer tacobell down the street!

I think it would be far better just to drive by, roll down your window, and throw your money at the building to save yourself the disappointment. If I wanted empty taco shells, I'd buy them from Publix.

The soft tacos had more filling than the Chicken Cantina Burritos which cost 3X as much. They were nothing like the pictures. Didn't receive the extra Avocado Salsa that we paid extra for or the ones that were supposed to come with them. Overall the most sad and pathetic Taco Bell I've ever been to as far as food quality. Will not be going back. Can get a real burrito down the road at the gas station that is 5x bigger and better for only a couple dollars more.

Ordered a power bowl with no guacamole and got guacamole. Ordered nachos and got no chips. Ordered two mini melts and got chalupas instead. The portion of the order they actually got correct was cold, and everything was smashed due to it being crammed in the bag.

Not sure why this place says they are open…because when you get there they only accept Uber eats orders. Then you have to wait behind cars that are waiting for those orders…I’m pissed at this store and how it’s being managed.
Great people that work there they ask you to order from the computer but i have had three strokes in last year they didnt get upset they went above and beyond to help great
Just not worth it at that time at that place food sucked been better most every other time just this was all bad on the food quality thankfully I am sure it was only me they served teeth breaking rice to in a cheesy bean and rice burrito because no one else has complained that I am aware of so go figure this was just my review of this one time and at this one place

I always get my sauces and all my stuff and the one time I didn’t and I got someone else’s order, the cutie pie manager gave me some free taco coupons.
